This is a unique opportunity for a creative leader to shape the content and brand direction for a pioneering platform in the Hispanic market. The role combines editorial oversight, executive production, and brand strategy, requiring a visionary approach to content creation and storytelling. The successful candidate will drive the creative vision, ensuring all content aligns with the brand’s mission and resonates with the target audience. This position is based in Madrid and requires on-site collaboration with the team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop the overall content strategy and editorial direction for the platform
• Lead the creative team in producing high-quality video, animation, and design assets
• Act as executive producer for all content initiatives, ensuring consistency and excellence across deliverables
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and evolve the brand’s visual and narrative identity
• Integrate AI/ML applications into creative workflows to enhance content innovation
• Guide copywriting and editorial processes to maintain a cohesive brand voice
• Monitor industry trends and audience insights to inform creative decisions
• Ensure all creative output meets the highest standards and supports business objectives
  
  

• Proven experience in creative direction, editorial leadership, and brand development
• Strong background in copywriting, film production, and multimedia content creation
• Deep understanding of video, animation, and design principles
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in creative processes
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to work on-site in Madrid; local candidates only
• Strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and innovation
• Fluency in Spanish and English preferred
