Location
- UK & Singapore: On-site, 5 days per week

DOHE, EdTech Championing Group is on a mission to championing EdTech startups to improve society by connecting them through the ecosystem ‘EdTech Hub', accelerating them via ‘Go-Together' programme, with methodology provided by ‘Navigator', all to transform education through technology and drive lasting societal progress.
The Go-Together EdTech Accelerator:
Go-Together is a 26-week programme designed to assist EdTech startups by offering expert analysis and diagnosis followed by 20 weeks of acceleration. Each startup will receive personalised 1-2-1 coaching from experienced startup coaches, aiming to define and achieve key objectives based on their business mission and capabilities. Our goal is to foster a thriving ecosystem of EdTech innovators, ensuring startups have the resources and support needed to thrive.
We are set to accelerate 300 startups in 2026, 500 in 2027, and over 5,000 across the next decade, and we're looking for a Senior Programme Operations Manager to help make it happen. In this role, you will support the Go-Together Operation Team Lead in delivering our EdTech accelerator programme in a standardized and scalable way, ensuring every startup gets the structured, high-quality support they need to succeed
The successful candidate will work directly under the Go-Together Operation Team Lead and play a key role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and high-quality delivery across multiple cohorts.

Responsibilities
- Support the Go-Together Operation Team Lead in planning and executing the full 26-week programme (planning, selection, diagnosis, and acceleration stages)
- Coordinate day-to-day operations and logistics across multiple cohorts to ensure smooth programme delivery
- Assist in the selection process, onboarding, and management of coaches and participating startups
- Support the effective utilisation of the ‘DOHE Navigator' and other internal tools to track startup progress, performance metrics, and programme outcomes
- Facilitate clear communication and coordination between startups, coaches, business experts, and internal teams
- Manage programme scheduling, documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks with high accuracy
- Monitor operational KPIs and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows
- Collaborate with the broader EdTech hub team to support ecosystem activities and interconnection among participating startups
- Provide proactive operational support to ensure an excellent experience for all startups and stakeholders
Requirements and skills
- Experience in programme operations, project coordination, or operational support roles, preferably within startup accelerators, EdTech, or high-growth environments
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
- Good understanding of the startup ecosystem and the typical challenges faced by early-stage companies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder coordination
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (AI Tools, Wrike, Notion, Slack, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and remotely in an international team
- Previous experience in accelerator or incubation programme operations is a strong advantage
Employment:
- Working hours: Full-time 40 hours a week.
- Salary: Commensurate with experience
- Contract duration: 12 months, that could lead to a Permanent role

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager for our site in Granollers to lead our Engineering and Maintenance team and ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations. In this key role, you will be responsible for safety leadership, equipment availability, team development, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe working environment and full compliance with HSE standards and regulations
- Lead, coach, and develop the Engineering & Maintenance team
- Oversee maintenance schedules, technical projects, and capital investments
- Analyze technical KPIs and drive improvement initiatives
- Act as a cross-functional partner to Engineering, Production, Quality, and Safety
- Develop and implement standards, procedures, and best practices
- Manage departmental budgets and monitor spending
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, performance, and continuous improvement
- Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Several years of experience in maintenance, engineering, or technical operations
- Knowledge of ATEX/DSEAR and SEVESO/COMAH is an advantage
- Strong understanding of health & safety legislation
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Project management experience and proficiency with IT tools
- Hands-on mentality, teamwork orientation, and continuous improvement mindset
