Desde Adecco, buscamos a un/a ingeniero/a de proyectos con experiencia en la gestión integral de los proyectos, de principio a fin, siempre asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, calidad y objetivos técnicos.

¿Cuáles sería tus funciones?

-Diseñar y desarrollar una planta piloto a escala de laboratorio, incluyendo la búsqueda, selección y especificación técnica de los instrumentos y equipos necesarios.

-Supervisar y verificar el proceso de construcción de la planta, asegurando que se cumplan los estándares establecidos.

-Mantener contacto directo con clientes para identificar sus necesidades y traducirlas en soluciones técnicas personalizadas.

-Gestionar relaciones con proveedores y fabricantes, tanto nacionales como internacionales, para asegurar la correcta adquisición de equipos y material.

-Trabajar en coordinación con diferentes departamentos, asegurando una colaboración eficaz y el cumplimiento de los plazos del proyecto.

-Realización de informes y documentación de los trabajos y proyectos realizados.

-Formación de nuevas incorporaciones.

¿Qué requisitos debes aportar?

-Ciclo Formativo Grado Superior en ingeniería química, industrial o similar.

-Experiencia al menos 2 años en un puesto similar.

-Inglés – Nivel B2 o C1 (escrito, leído y hablado) – se comprobará en entrevista

-Disponibilidad para viajar nacional o internacional al año(2 o 3 viajes de 10/15 dias)

-Habilidad a conservar la productividad y eficiencia ante condiciones laborales adversas, como un gran volumen de tareas, entregas en plazos muy cortos o la combinación de ambas.

-Capacidad de trabajar en equipo.

-Capacidad de autonomía y organización.

-Capacidad de comunicación asertiva, efectiva, cordial y respetuosa.

-Discreción y confidencialidad.

-Asegurar un buen ambiente de trabajo.

-Actitud positiva y proactiva.

-Experiencia en el sector químico (imprescindible)

¿Qué requisitos valoraríamos?

-Conocimientos eléctricos y de control de sistemas.

-Experiencia en el análisis de riesgos y operabilidad (HAZOP) para asegurar la seguridad y eficiencia en las operaciones, así como áreas inflamables (ATEX).

-Dominio de procesos físico-químicos avanzados, como extracción, gasificación, pirólisis, hidrogenación, oxidación, hidrodesulfuración, polimerización, reacciones catalíticas, water gas-shift, Co-prox, entre otros

-Capacidad para el diseño de reactores y microrreactores.

-Conocimiento profundo en ingeniería de fluidos, asegurando un control óptimo de procesos.

-Dominio de herramientas de diseño, como AutoCAD, entre otras.

-Residencia en el Norte de Madrid o alrededores

Trablisa Integrated Security, technological accelerator of the Trablisa Group, continues to grow. Under the brand “Trablisa Integrated Security” we present the business unit of integration of technological security solutions within the Trablisa Group.

Now we are looking to increase our INTERNATIONAL ENGINEERING TEAM in the Madrid Office and we are looking for an INTERNATIONAL PROJECT ENGINEER who want to join a growing business unit.

FUNCTIONS

• Carrying out technical security projects, preparing budgets, supporting the sales team, answering questions and customer requirements.
• Study the TECHNICAL aspects of each offer, before and after it’s awarded.
• Support on-site project team.
• Creating technical documentation like descriptions, calculations, drawings, and detail engineering.
• When necessary, you will have to travel to customer sites to perform workshop meetings or provide support in the initial phase of the project, so some availability to travel occasionally internationally is required.
• The security projects you will be working on will be aimed at customers outside Spain: Banking, Energy, Critical Infrastructures, others.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• VERY HIGH LEVEL of Spoken and Written English. (Mandatory)
• Technical engineering training in electronics, electromechanics, telecommunications or similar.
• Technical understanding of security systems (anti-intrusion systems, CCTV, alarms, safes, image capture and transmission equipment) is essential.

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge in the field of telecommunications and/or security, in Databases, Servers, Networks, Switches, etc.
• Experience in project development, as well as in works related to support the sales department, business development, consultative sales, tasks oriented to direct or indirect support to sales.
