Role & Team - We are seeking a Sales Ops Specialist - The role involves handling inquiries from potential residents through various communication channels, such as email, phone, and digital platforms. It requires advising students on accommodation options, pricing, and conditions, as well as managing the booking process, including contract signing and payment confirmation. The position also entails collaborating on strategies to attract new residents and serving as the primary point of contact for current residents, ensuring clear and effective communication. Additionally, the role involves resolving issues, addressing requests during their stay, and coordinating with maintenance and cleaning teams to ensure the well-being of the tenants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries from potential residents via email, phone, and digital platforms.
  • Advise students on accommodation options, pricing, and conditions.
  • Manage the booking process, from contract signing to payment confirmation
  • Collaborate on strategies to attract new residents.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Resolve issues and handle requests related to the stay at the residence.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning teams to ensure tenant well-being.


Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or accommodation management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
  • Advanced level of Spanish and English (other languages are a plus).
  • Monday to friday (shift)
