What are you going to do as a HR Administrative?

• Organization and efficient management of human resources documentation.
• Develop and implement HR policies that contributes to changes within the organization, providing advice and creative solutions.
• Contribute and participate in new projects derived from the continuous development of the organization.
• Participation in global HR projects.
• Support in the coordination of selection processes and interviews.

What do you bring as HR Administrative?

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Experience is valued.
• Fluent English. You will work in a global team.
• Energetic personality who knows how to get to work and can think out-of-the-box.
• Time management, organized, and planning person.

About the team

You will be in working closely with a team of HR professionals located in Poland, Netherlands, and Spain, participating in international projects and activities that will help you to improve you HR skills in a multinational enviroment.
