PURPOSE

To ensure the achievement of aims related to the relevant plant’s industrial activities in accordance with the Group’s policies.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure the achievement of productive, quality and cost-effective aims assigned to the relevant plant, established in full compliance with: provisions and policies in matters of safety, environment and product’s safety; ISO 9001 Quality System and all certifications
• Guarantee the correct management of the relevant processes in accordance with the group policies and procedures
• Supervise compliance with safety provisions
• Support the Country Operations Manager from a technical point of view in the relationships with stakeholders
• Deals with the other depts. in order to maximise productivity, efficiency and service to clients
• Support the Country Operations Manager in the achievement of the defined budget aims
• Guarantee the correct management and maintenance of plants
• Guarantee optimisation of energy and water consumption and the exploitation of raw materials
• Check the production plan
• Check and validate production reports
• Collaborate with the Group Technical Dept personnel in the process of permanent improvement in: efficiency of productive processes; energy and water consumptions; exploitation of raw materials
• Manage relationships with the plant’s trade unions representatives
• Responsible for the collaborators’ professional growth, valorisation and motivation
• Promote a safety-bound corporate culture
• Promote the Corporate Principles and Values
  
  
  

Requisitos deseados:

• Formación: estudios técnicos superiores en ingeniería, gestión empresarial o similar.
• Master en Dirección de Plantas Industriales sería un Plus
• Análisis de KPIS, Capacidad de resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones.
• Que esté acostumbrado/a a liderar equipos. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación interpersonal.
• Conocimientos en Normativa ISO (9001, 14001, 45001, 50001)
• Conocimientos en metodología LEAN y mejora contínua
• Buen uso y conocimientos de ofimática.
• Se requiere un nivel avanzado de inglés (C1) para coordinarse con el equipo internacional.
