Deliverables

• Direct and film short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and Meta platforms
• Edit footage into polished, engaging social media videos with quick turnaround times
• Collaborate closely with the in-house team to capture authentic, on-brand moments
• Ensure all content aligns with current social media trends and platform best practices
• Manage video shoots onsite in Barcelona, including setup and breakdown of equipment
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience creating and editing short-form video content for social media
• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Meta ad formats and trends
• Ability to direct non-professional talent and create a comfortable on-camera environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must be based in Barcelona and available for onsite work; remote or traveling applicants will not be considered
• Ability to work independently and deliver projects on tight deadlines
