¿Qué necesitas para hacer match?
- Graduado/a en ADE, Economía, Finanzas o similar.

- Nivel avanzado de Excel. Se valorará conocimiento de Business Central / Navision.

YOUR MISSION
Own the end-to-end incentives strategy and analytics engine for the entire incentives program. You will keep every tracker accurate and complete, mine insights that steer more than €50 M of annual spend, and translate those insights into a clear strategy that helps regional marketing teams move fast and invest profitably.
THE JOURNEY
- Manage and maintain all CLI incentive trackers, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to detect performance trends, diagnose anomalies, and highlight growth opportunities.
- Quantify incremental orders, margin, and ROI for each incentive, then translate findings into clear budget actions.
- Build and refine dashboards in Looker so regional and country marketing managers see real-time performance.
- Collaborate with CRM comms, Growth Data Science, Product, and Pricing to align on objectives and implement solutions.
- Analyse A/B tests and heterogeneous treatment effects to identify sub-segments where incentives truly pay off.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel & SQL) and reporting software (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Proven experience in data analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders

The role

- Formación: Graduados/as en Ingeniería Informática, Matemáticas, Estadística, Física, Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones, así como Dobles Grado que impliquen algunas de las anteriores.
- Valorable Postgrado/Master en Data Science/Big Data/Analytics
- Idiomas: Nivel avanzado de inglés.
- Conocimientos avanzados en programación (SAS, SQL, VBA y otros lenguajes como R o Python).
- Buscamos personas con alta capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas, habilidad para trabajar en equipo y por objetivos, y con buenas habilidades comunicativas. Iniciativa, flexibilidad y compromiso profesional son también características relevantes
