SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Adalvo is a high-growth B2B generics pharmaceutical company operating across 140+ markets with a network of 170+ commercial partners. As we scale our marketing function to match our commercial ambitions, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to own product communications, launch execution, and market-facing content across the business.
This is a pivotal hire. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the successful candidate will take full ownership of product-level marketing activity — from press releases and partner-facing materials to website content and internal communications — enabling the wider marketing team to focus on commercial growth initiatives including account-based marketing, BD pipeline enablement, and strategic partner programmes.
ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE:
This role will report directly to the Marketing Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Communications & PR
- Lead all product launch communications, including press releases, partner announcements, and media distribution.
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with Adalvo’s PR and communications agency (BLT), coordinating approvals and ensuring timely publication.
- Draft and publish news content for the Adalvo website, including product pages, launch announcements, and company updates.
Product Marketing Materials
- Develop and maintain a suite of commercial-grade product materials for the BD team, including product brochures, one-pagers, and partner-facing presentations.
- Ensure all product content accurately reflects Adalvo’s positioning, regulatory status, and commercial strategy.
- Collaborate with BD and regulatory affairs teams to gather technical and market intelligence that informs product messaging.
Social Media & Digital Content
- Own the end-to-end execution of product and launch-related social media content across LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Maintain and update product pages on the Adalvo website in collaboration with the Marketing Director.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Internal Communications
- Produce and distribute a weekly internal company update, keeping teams aligned on launches, milestones, and business developments.
- Support internal engagement initiatives including company kick-offs and all-hands communications.
Events Support
- Provide operational marketing support for industry events including CPHI and Adalvo-hosted partner events.
- Assist in the preparation of event materials, signage, and partner communications.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Essential
- Demonstrable experience in product marketing within the generics or specialty pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong written English with the ability to produce clear, compelling marketing copy across multiple formats and audiences.
- Experience managing or coordinating PR and media relationships.
- Proficient in developing product collateral (brochures, one-pagers, product sheets) for a B2B audience.
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
- Self-starter with the initiative to work independently and the judgement to prioritise effectively.
Desirable
- Familiarity with the generics pharmaceutical market and partner/out-licensing commercial models.
- Experience with CMS platforms and social media scheduling tools.
- Exposure to CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Mailchimp).
- Experience supporting trade event logistics (e.g. CPHI, industry conferences).

🔎 ¿Cuál será tu misión?
Te integrarás en el departamento de Marketing para liderar la estrategia de captación digital, optimización web y reputación online de la cadena, contribuyendo al crecimiento del negocio mediante la mejora continua de nuestros canales digitales.
💼 Funciones principales
- Gestión avanzada de SEM: Creación, seguimiento, optimización y control de campañas en Google Ads. Buscamos un perfil con experiencia gestionando campañas y presupuestos de forma autónoma.
- Optimización del motor de reservas: Análisis y mejora continua del funnel y del proceso de reserva del cliente para maximizar la venta directa.
- Gestión de contenidos web: Mantenimiento, actualización y mejora de la página web mediante nuestro CMS propio.
- Analítica web y reporting: Análisis de datos con Google Analytics para elaborar informes, identificar oportunidades de mejora y tomar decisiones estratégicas basadas en datos.
- Gestión de la reputación online: Monitorización y optimización de la experiencia del cliente a través de herramientas como ReviewPro o similares.
- CRM y check-in online: Apoyo en la gestión del CRM y en la optimización del proceso de check-in digital.
👤 Perfil que buscamos
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años demostrable en marketing digital.
- Valorable experiencia en marketing de sector hotelero.
- Dominio de Google Ads, Google Analytics y herramientas de gestión de la reputación online.
- Persona proactiva, analítica, con iniciativa, ambición profesional y ganas de crecer dentro de la empresa, capaz de asumir responsabilidades y aportar nuevas ideas.
