Sobre la posición
Buscamos incorporar un perfil con visión organizada y fuerte capacidad ejecutiva, responsable de coordinar el día a día de las oficinas y dar soporte directo a la dirección, contribuyendo a que todas las operaciones administrativas y corporativas se ejecuten de forma impecable.
Objetivo del puesto
- Dar soporte a la dirección en la gestión de agenda y coordinación de reuniones.
- Supervisar y controlar los presupuestos, gastos y recursos financieros relacionados con las oficinas.
- Desarrollar e implementar políticas y procedimientos que mejoren la eficiencia operativa.
- Coordinar y gestionar los desplazamientos y viajes del equipo.
- Supervisar la logística de eventos y reuniones internas y externas, asegurando su ejecución profesional.
- Gestionar de forma integral la operativa de las oficinas (procesos administrativos, suministros, instalaciones).
- Gestionar la recepción, llamadas y correspondencia, asegurando una atención profesional a visitantes y stakeholders.
Requisitos del puesto
- Experiencia previa de al menos 3–5 años en posiciones de Office Manager, Executive Assistant o similares, con exposición a front office.
- Excelentes competencias organizativas, con capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas en paralelo y priorizar eficazmente.
- Alta responsabilidad y confidencialidad en la gestión de información crítica.
- Capacidad para anticipar, identificar y resolver desafíos cotidianos en un entorno dinámico.
- Facilidad para comunicarse de manera clara y efectiva, tanto verbalmente como por escrito, con diferentes niveles dentro de la organización y con proveedores externos.
- Dominio del paquete Microsoft Office y experiencia con herramientas colaborativas (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Competencia en la supervisión de presupuestos, control de gastos y optimización de recursos.
- Nivel nativo de castellano y catalán.
- Nivel profesional en inglés.

About the role:
Our Office Management department is growing and we are looking for a new professional to join our team for our Barcelona offices. The main responsibilities will be:
- Coordinate general maintenance and restocking of office supplies.
- Manage warehouse, inventory, equipment and office material.
- Negotiate, manage and improve relations with suppliers.
- Oversee office operations.
- Help to maintain a safe working space.
- Manage the leaders calendar, including scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and coordinating meetings.
In order to be successful in your role you will need to:
- Be skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing simultaneous projects and activities.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English required
- Be solution-oriented and reliable professionals.
