Estamos gestionando una posición de HRBP para una compañía multinacional con operaciones industriales y de retail en Europa. La persona seleccionada dará soporte directo a una fábrica ubicada en Madrid que opera con múltiples turnos y un comité de empresa activo. El rol combina una parte operativa muy cercana al día a día de la planta con una dimensión estratégica, trabajando en coordinación con los equipos locales y con estructuras de RRHH a nivel EMEA. Es una posición clave para impulsar procesos, mejorar la organización y acompañar a managers y equipos operativos.
Responsabilidades principales
- Actuar como HR Business Partner para el equipo de Operaciones de la fábrica, entendiendo las necesidades del negocio y ofreciendo soporte tanto estratégico como operativo.
- Asegurar la implementación local de las iniciativas y objetivos de RRHH definidos a nivel EMEA.
- Gestionar relaciones laborales en un entorno industrial: interlocución con comité de empresa, gestión de conflictos, administración de turnos y apoyo en temas normativos.
- Liderar procesos de selección, onboarding, planificación de plantilla y retención para roles operativos y técnicos.
- Acompañar a los managers en performance management, feedback, desarrollo y detección de necesidades formativas.
- Promover una cultura de seguridad, eficiencia operativa y mejora continua dentro de la planta.
- Implementar y monitorizar HR metrics, identificando áreas de mejora.
- Impulsar iniciativas de transformación organizativa, estandarización de procesos y desarrollo de mandos.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de legislación laboral, salud y seguridad, y políticas internas.
- Gestionar procesos administrativos específicos de la planta: documentación, contratos, sistemas de presencia y coordinación con payroll.
- Colaborar con equipos transversales como negocio, finanzas, comunicación y desarrollo.
Requisitos imprescindibles
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en RRHH, con al menos 2 años obligatorios en entorno industrial o de fábrica.
- Experiencia gestionando plantilla operaria (blue collars) y mandos intermedios.
- Conocimientos sólidos de legislación laboral y relaciones laborales, idealmente con experiencia en entornos con comité de empresa.
- Capacidad para gestionar conflictos y actuar con criterio, firmeza y empatía.
- Experiencia en multinacional y en la implementación o mejora de procesos.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, influencia y organización.
- Inglés fluido.
- Disponibilidad para desplazamientos puntuales dentro de España.

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to take the lead in coordinating and delivering day-to-day HR operations across six school sites. This role is ideal for someone currently working as a Senior HR Coordinator or HR Generalist, who is ready for a step up in responsibility and ownership of HR processes.
Reporting to the Business Manager, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for routine HR queries from staff and the School Leadership Team (SLT).
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment administration, onboarding, contracting, attendance, payroll coordination, and day-to-day employee relations.
- Ensure HR processes run smoothly, accurately, and in compliance with Spanish labour law and Cognita policies.
- Supervise and support the HR Assistant, helping organise workloads and maintain consistent, compliant HR practices.
- Contribute to HR projects across the wider Cognita network, developing your skills and experience.

Who We Are Looking For:

- Have experience in operational HR roles such as Senior HR Assistant, Senior HR Coordinator, or HR Generalist.
