We are currently looking for a HR Services Business Development Manager. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing HR policies and practices. Additionally, you will manage and develop external HR services at Intracon Consulting, ensuring client satisfaction, service quality, and business growth.
This is a unique opportunity for an HR professional with experience in both commercial and operational roles to contribute to a thriving organization. You will join a collaborative, innovative team and play a key role in supporting internal operations and external client relations.

💼 Main Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Managing Director and Executive Director, and working closely with a team of five, you will focus on:
Internal HR Management
- Oversee Labour and Legal Administration (with external support).
- Supervision of Talent Attraction, Retention, and Development.
- Track HR KPIs and drive process improvements.
- Manage key service providers, including PRL, mutual insurance, and ERP systems
External Client Management & Business Development
- Oversee consultant onboarding, Statement of Work (SOW) agreements, service proposals, and fee negotiations.
- Manage monthly financial and budget closing processes for outsourcing and human resources services provided to external clients, including margin analysis and cost control.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and alignment with project objectives.
- Implement retention strategies and ensure effective communication between consultants and clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand relationships with the clients. Participate in the development of commercial proposals, ensuring project viability and profitability.
- Gather information to enhance the value proposition and differentiation of consulting services.
🎓 Background & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience in both internal HR management and external client service coordination.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish. Additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and manage multiple responsibilities.

Skills And Experiences
- Experience selling across multiple Solution areas (Apps & Infra, Modern Workplace, Biz Apps and Data & AI), preferably enterprise scale consulting engagements that could include global delivery within the Resources Industry.
- Experience with Microsoft, and other partners to grow their book of business.
- Experience anticipating, identifying, and applying fast, effective solutions to remove roadblocks circumstances.
- Success as a Business development Hunter with sophisticated closure capabilities
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor in addressing our client’s business needs.
- Driving sales in a solutions-selling environment at the C-suite level.

La persona que se una, será responsable del desarrollo y seguimiento comercial de nuestro Marketplace, ayudando al equipo actual en el crecimiento del negocio mediante la incorporación de nuevos vendedores, así como el desarrollo, acompañamiento y mantenimiento de los actuales.
Como Marketplace Business developer & Account Manager, tus responsabilidades son:
- Identificar posibles vendedores para el Marketplace, contactarlos, presentarles el Marketplace de MediaMarkt, cerrar contratos y facilitar su incorporación, estableciendo una relación colaborativa.
- Garantizar una incorporación rápida y eficiente a través de herramientas establecidas y procesos coordinados.
- Apoyar a nuestros vendedores para que puedan hacer un uso óptimo del back office del Marketplace e indicar los requisitos y criterios de calidad para trabajar de manera coordinada.
- Desarrollar relaciones de confianza con los vendedores del Marketplace, teniendo en cuenta sus necesidades y las de MediaMarkt Saturn.
- Anticipar las tendencias del mercado y fomentar el crecimiento de la categoría ampliando la gama de productos en cooperación con nuestros vendedores.
- Jugar un papel activo y esencial en el desarrollo exitoso de la línea de negocio.
Habilidades profesionales
- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas o similar
- Alto nivel de inglés (hablado y escrito)
- Conocimiento de comercio electrónico y marketplaces Experiencia profesional
- Al menos 2 años de experiencia en el desarrollo de negocios digitales.
