What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a Junior Business Developer with a high capacity to advise and coordinate a complete international commercial process. The role’s purpose is to generate new business opportunities and strengthen strategic relationships that support the international growth of the company. This position requires a proactive mindset, self-management skills, and a results-driven attitude.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Prospecting and Opportunity Development
- Actively identify and qualify new business opportunities in international markets.
- Follow up on leads generated through trade shows, events, distributors, or other sources.
- Attend key industry events, meetings, and presentations.
- Represent VEGA Chargers in front of potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular visits to high-potential clients.

- Build a knowledge base to support strategic commercial decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or in Business, International Trade, or a related field.

- Proven ability to win and keep new international accounts through a combination of effective sales strategies and consultative selling.

The Robotics Business Development Manager for Iberia is responsible for identifying and developing strategic business in relationship with group purchasing organizations and other potential customers, working closely with the recon sales and marketing team.

The Robotics Business Development Manager will be accountable to develop growth strategy focused on sales budget, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities with key healthcare funders, negotiate and close business deals with key decision makers and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market trends. The role will work closely with Orthopaedic Sales and Marketing teams to create and recommend commercial strategies, develop effective tracking metrics and implement effective commercial models and sales channels to maximize revenue stream for the company.
We are seeking someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, passion for sales and a proven track record of success, who takes a hands-on approach to building business opportunities. In this key regional position for Iberia, the ideal candidate will work closely with marketing, sales, and product management teams to achieve established sales goals and implement business development initiatives that maximize and grow the robotic technology footprint and generate bottom line revenue for the company.
What will you be doing?
- Accountable for the sales forecast, sales budget and demand planning with regional and global management teams
- Actively prospect to identify potential new customers by networking with managing directors, the various in market sales team and local distributors
- Arrange and set up business meetings with prospective stakeholders through targeted organization
- Conduct research in partnership with the local Orthopaedic Sales Team and marketing team to identify new potential accounts
- Participate in establishing capital pricing in alignment with Regional and Global imperatives
- Prepare commercial quote, sales agreement and evaluation agreement ensuring alignment with legal and compliance guidelines
- Align commercial models and pricing strategy to customer needs, while ensuring effective multi-stakeholder management and reporting during the sales process
- Handle objections and use a variety of skills to persuade and negotiate appropriately
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Responsible to grow and retain existing accounts by introducing and launching new product ranges and software associated to the respective technology
- Strategic planning to launch with efficiency new platform and extend the pipeline in strategy with our local and regional regulatory team
- Attend to major conferences to provide marketing insights and competitive inputs
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors benchmarking to develop unique selling proposition and differentiators messaging
- Prepare and give business reviews and presentations to the senior management team on a monthly basis, including reporting
- Develop and use CRM tools to manage customer data based to provide monthly overview to Executive Management Team
- Provide and facilitate technical expertise to the local Technical Field Specialist based in the market
- Implement the regional marketing strategy and make sure the major robotic countries develop the right servicing and maintenance infrastructure in their respective country
- Efficient communication these to appropriate internal stakeholders in a timely manner to help develop new opportunities and optimize synergy through cross-franchise
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, solid sales experiences by owning dedicated sales revenue based on P&L monitoring. MBA or Master preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in health care and capital equipment, preferably in Medical Devices
- Passionate for disruptive enabling technologies and innovation
- Knowledge to build solid relationships with procurement and purchasing groups
- Demonstrated effectiveness in prospecting and developing new business
- Demonstrate understanding and application of complex sales techniques and track record creating, negotiating and closing multi-thousand dollar large-scale deals
- Strong commercial leadership and motivation to sell medical device solution

Descripción del puesto
Misión:
Coordinar, programar e implantar los proyectos que lidere dentro de su área funcional, en base a normas y procedimientos establecidos, a fin de desarrollar soluciones adecuadas a la casuística y problemática específica de cada situación/cliente interno.
Son responsables de identificar problemas estrategicos internos y externos que pueden afectar al crecimiento y a la rentabilidad de la organización. Requisitos del candidato
- ADE/Económicas/Empresariales/Ingeniería técnica, o similar.
- Experiencia previa de al menos 5 años liderando el desarrollo comercial en el sector de los facility services (limpieza, mantenimiento, SSAA, procesos logísticos, apoyo a la producción), externalización, empresas intensivas en mano de obra, etc.
- Experiencia previa en empresa de servicios similares (outsourcing, ETT, etc.), elaborando ofertas.
- Manejo avanzado de Paquete Office: Excel, ppt.
- Buenas habilidades comunicativas y comerciales, orientación al cliente y al cumplimiento de objetivos.
- Disponibilidad para viajar de forma habitual en su área de gestión.
