Forecasting Demand
- Provide the markets reliable ‘unemotional’ and ‘unpolitical’ baseline; focused on the full horizon of 0-24 months at monthly level buckets, including guidance and support to markets on ‘where to focus to make a difference’
- Own the integrated demand plan for assigned distributor markets (Sell‑in / Depletions / Inventory context). Drive ‘no or low touch forecasting’ by setting the right parameters for exception-based planning.
- Drive for execution, consolidate market intelligence, and commercial inputs into a single demand proposal. Continuous improvement of the demand planning process, challenge the status quo and drive new initiatives.
- Gather, analysie and organize external data to ensure demand plans reflect key drivers: promotions, events, innovation launches, and market‑specific dynamics.
- Work with global CoE on strategic forecast improvement projects and system enhancement opportunities and ensure alignment with global and regional planning standards, templates, and calendars.
- Act as the primary planning interface for Commercial, Finance, and Market Supply Chain.
- Translate commercial inputs into planning implications and clearly articulate risks, assumptions, and scenarios.
- Lead S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) monthly performance rhythm by providing impactful and clear insights in demand drivers for the region and the commercial team.

WHAT DOES A CATEGORY PLANNER DO?
Owner of production & network supply plans for their categories, the Category Master Planner partners with Regional Supply teams, markets & global brand teams to translate distribution requirements into realistic production plans, optimising for service, cost & cash.
As the key interface for the supply centre to markets / regions, the Category Master Planner ensures robust & aligned plans are in place.
Collaborating closely with a wide range of stakeholders across local, regional & global functions, this role requires an individual adept at building relationships, strong communication skills & comfortable in providing meaningful, constructive challenge.
Technical skills are also key to success, proficient in using planning systems & analysis of big data. The role will give the successful candidate wide ranging supply chain exposure & will place them in an ideal position to take advantage of the career opportunities available in Bacardi.
A high degree of flexibility is required, to ensure timely responses to changing situations, providing data driven insights & ensuring effective decision making
Responsibilities
WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:
Production & Supply Planning – Mid Term (S&OE) & Long Term (S&OP)
- Translate distribution requirements to achievable production plans
- Assess capacity constraints across sites
- Develop production sequence and monitor feasibility
- Make informed Data-Driven Decisions to optimise service, cost & cash
- Partner with regional supply teams to align interregional flows with demand and capacity
- Model interregional flows and optimise network
- Acquire medium and long-term demand forecasts for all FG inventory consuming events and control the translation of those forecasts into a network supply plan by collaborating with cross-functional partners
- Manage allocations with regional supply teams, optimising total network & handling known constraints in line with business strategy
- Ensure transparency & clarity of volumes with associated assumptions, ensuring alignment of key stakeholders within categories
- Lead & influence internal stakeholders to deliver service & cost performance that will support successful delivery of these strategies
- Provide analysis & facilitate actions, to optimise capacity, labour, inventory (incl. obsolete & slow-moving) & supplier requirements
- Support & enable the Long-Term Demand Planning process, for categories under your responsibility
- Work with markets & regions to ensure robust planning master data, in relation to replenishment signals
- Key aim to optimise inventory across the global Bacardi network
- Guardian of SAP set-up, ensuring the perfect Heuristic Signal with all regional supply teams
- Leverage digital & analytical tools to refine planning models, improve Replenishment accuracy & drive efficient decision-making
- Production planning regarding Product Lifecycle Management & SKU optimisation with NPD & marketing teams
- Key planning representative for finished goods NPD projects, within assigned category/categories
- Ensuring timely planning & decision making, to achieve successful product launches in collaboration with innovation team
- Monitor execution of aligned plans, including depletion plans to limit write off exposure
- Be a custodian of plant SKU master data, to ensure effective management of products
- Experienced in End-to-End Planning & S&OP within an FMCG company is required

About You
You will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery and adoption of all analytics products for your assigned region and/or functions.
You will be responsible to deliver key performance targets as defined for the tech services function that are related to data and analytics.
You will build and maintain effective relationships with key business partners and the tech leadership team
You will work with internal and external partners to ensure standards and best practices are followed in the development and support of analytics products.
RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
- Accountable for full delivery and ownership of end-state analytics products including:
- Accountable for cross-team coordination within DnA and broader across Tech to staff analytics “pods” for product build
- Accountable for working with Project Management Organization on planning, budget tracking and documentation
- Shared accountability for solution architecture and design
- Lead Regional Analytics Governance Forums and Participate in Functional Leadership teams for identification and prioritization of analytics products
- Work closely with other DnA team members and Technical Support/Operations on enhancement and maintenance requests as needed
- Work closely with BRM’s and Business partners to provide timely updates and to escalate risks or support needed
- Accountable for informing global data and analytics portfolio team about all requests/initiatives/ongoing work
- Responsible for assisting operations team with issues/changes to production analytics products for which they owned delivery
- Accountable for post-delivery adoption and value realization measurement and documentation leveraging change management and user adoption team in partnership with Business Owner
- Primary point of contact with spoke Teams in applicable functions and/or regions
- Participate in the evaluation of data and analytics emerging technology and tools
- Work with vendors as needed to support ongoing projects and operations:
- Maximize the value of our key partnerships
- Ensure that the partners deliver services that meet the business requirements and the agreed SLAs. Take corrective actions whenever not the case
- Align service requirements measures and scorecards with the partner
To be successful in this role you will have/be:
- Product Management/Ownership skills
- Deep business knowledge in the associated region and/or functional areas, understanding the business, their strategy and processes
- Ability to translate business strategy into technical/build requirements for analytics products
- Technical knowledge of data structures, architecture, visualization principles/tools, data analysis/exploration techniques
- Knowledge of analytics platforms, primarily SAP and Microsoft
- Highly collaborative with strong change agility
- Ability to effectively communicate to top management and to end-users
- Ability to manage, mentor and coach a team, both directly and through influence
- Understanding of IT governance and operations, IT controls (privacy, security)
- Experience in platform and solution architecture
- Experience in project management and team management
- Experience/exposure to different markets dynamics/specificities/cultures
- Experience in crisis management, ability to manage the matrix
- Strong Ability to work remotely, monitor process, progress and results
- Advanced level of English is required.

About The Role
YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As Head of Field Sales, North Spain, you will lead regional sales performance by translating national strategy into effective local execution. You will be responsible for delivering sustainable commercial results while creating an environment where Field Managers and Business Managers can perform, grow, and take ownership.
Working closely with Sales Leadership and cross‑functional partners, you will balance strategic planning, disciplined execution, and inclusive people leadership. Responsibilities
Commercial Leadership
- Deliver agreed sales volume, profitability, and margin objectives across regions, channels, and customer segments.
- Partner with Revenue Growth Management to shape pricing and promotional approaches that support competitive and sustainable growth.
- Review commercial performance regularly using data dashboards and reports; identify trends, define priorities, and track the effectiveness of actions taken.
- Convert national priorities into clear regional execution plans, aligned to customer needs, category strategies, and brand focus.
- Bring forward regional insights to national discussions, supported by data and structured analysis.
- Collaborate across functions to ensure commercial activity aligns with broader brand and customer strategies.
- Translate strategic direction into practical guidance, with clearly defined objectives, responsibilities, and success measures.
- Build an environment where managers are supported to take ownership, exercise judgement, and lead their teams confidently.

- Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
