What You´ll Do
- You will be responsible for executing on the technical strategy for your team on a year-long time scale, and help your team tie it together with critical, business-impacting projects.
- You will collaborate across teams in the product development lifecycle by collaborating with product management, design & analytics to ensure technical sustainability, risks and trade-offs are well understood and managed.
- You will act as a force-multiplier for your team through your definition and advocacy of technical solutions and operational processes.
- You take ownership of your team´s operations and availability by ensuring you have the right monitoring, triage rotations, playbooks, policies, testing and alerting in place to support "keep the lights on" & on-call efforts.

What We Look For

Responsibilities
- Challenge and harmonize test orders/test requests in line with test strategy.

Funciones

Profesional DevOps con experiencia en la automatización, operación y despliegue de plataformas cloud, así como en la integración de proveedores de IA generativa. Especializado en Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, observabilidad, y gobierno de plataformas distribuidas. Combina capacidades de ingeniería de infraestructura con experiencia práctica en la integración y operación de servicios cloud multicloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), aplicando buenas prácticas de seguridad, escalabilidad y estandarización.
Principales Funciones y Responsabilidades
Automatización e Infraestructura
• Diseño, despliegue y mantenimiento de infraestructura mediante IaC (Terraform / CloudFormation).
• Administración y operación de arquitecturas serverless y contenedores (Fargate, ALB, API Gateway,..).
Integración de LLM Providers y Plataformas de IA
• Integración y operación de servicios de IA generativa: Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI Gemini, Anthropic, OpenAI.
• Implementación de flujos seguros, auditables y gobernados para consumo de LLMs en entornos corporativos.
CI/CD y GitOps
• Administración de Jenkins: pipelines, despliegues, automatización end-to-end.
• Diseño y optimización de flujos CI/CD en GitHub Actions, Cloud Build y Azure DevOps.
• Creación de plantillas, librerías y aceleradores reutilizables para aumentar la velocidad y fiabilidad del desarrollo.
Plataforma, Seguridad y API Gateways
• Deseable: Configuración y operación de API Gateways (Kong, NGINX/OpenResty, Apigee).
• Control de tráfico, autenticación, enrutado y seguridad (OAuth2, JWT, mTLS, Zero Trust).
• Gestión segura de identidades y secretos: IAM, KMS, Parameter Store, Secrets Manager, Vault.
Observabilidad, Métricas y Operaciones
• Monitorización y trazabilidad con OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, X-Ray y CloudTrail.
• Definición de SLAs, capacity planning y políticas de autoscaling.
• Validación, estandarización y auditoría de despliegues y funcionalidades.
Conocimientos Técnicos
Cloud & Infraestructura
