We're currently looking for an Area Sales Executive to join our busy Sales team in Spain. The role will cover the regions of Madrid area, Castilla la Mancha, North of Extremadura and Comunidad Valenciana.
Responsibilities
The Area Sales Executive will cover a wide range of sales activities, such as being responsible for growing and nurturing the pipeline, developing new relationships and strategies to boost results.
The role will:
- Develop sales strategies/approaches for the Car Dealers' market in Spain
- Identify potential clients and the decision makers within our target group
- Build and manage a solid sales network and pipeline
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
- Convert pre-qualified leads by BDRs (outbound call-center) into new clients
- Develop and execute new business proposals, make high-profile presentations to clients, negotiate and close deals
- Use knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop MotorK's unique selling propositions and differentiators
- Close collaboration with delivery and success teams
Our ideal Area Sales Executive will have previous experience working within a fast paced environment, preferably within the automotive sector or Saas. As well as:
- Native in Spanish and fluent in English
- Bachelor's Degree or in Business or Marketing is a plus
- Well-organized, hands-on and proactive approach capable of working under pressure
- Teamplayer attitude
- Willingness to travel regularly
- Confident and self-assured appearance
Work pattern and location
- Permanent , full time (40 hours per week)
- Monday - Friday
- Field based role (covering Madrid area, Castilla la Mancha, North of Extremadura and Comunidad Valenciana regions)
- Ideally based in Madrid
- Competitive remuneration package commensurate with experience

- Variable commission plan up to 100% of base salary, based on results.

So, what will you be doing?
Responsibilities:
- Strive to understand the customer's needs and provide knowledge and awareness to make a business from electric vehicle charging and clean energy services with comprehensive platform solutions including charging infrastructure
- Ensure that the ambitious sales targets are met
- Maintain existing customer relationships and be able to expand the company’s customer base
- Prospect qualification, development, and execution of new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams
- Pipeline management, sales process management including effective forecasting and opportunity closure
Requirements:
- A proven track record of selling complex solutions. Previous sales experience gained within software or service sales organisation (ideally within SaaS and Platform sales)
- Experience managing multiple large sales cycles
- Ability to build strong and trusted relationships and to manage existing accounts as well as build and close new deals
- Background in dealing with Top Management and other key stakeholders in customer organisations
- Experience in utilising Sales Methodologies (i.e. MEDDIC / SPIN)
- Knowledge of digital sales tools such as Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism
- Commercially astute, experience in developing business cases, value calculations, and ROI together with customer’s personnel
- Ability to sell Value i.e., value-based selling and pricing
- You are a result driven self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to convince

Your Role:

How your daily routine will look:
- Standard office hours with a 40-hour weekly contract apply. Additionally, Fridays feature an intensive schedule from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. During the summer months of July and August, the intensive schedule extends throughout the week from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Trabajando con una reconocida empresa del sector industrial, que opera a nivel internacional. Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Sales Executive para el área de Madrid.
La misión principal de la posición será la de comercializar los productos de la empresa en base a los objetivos de venta marcados por la dirección comercial, así como gestionar y mantener de manera eficiente la cartera de clientes actuales y potenciales.
Principales responsabilidades:
• Detección de las necesidades del cliente a través de la realización de visitas comerciales ofreciendo los productos de catálogo e informando de las novedades.
• Confección, presentación y seguimiento de ofertas comerciales utilizando la herramienta corporativa.
• Consecución de los KPI’s marcados en su zona asignada.
• Conseguir fidelización de clientes a través de las campañas definidas por el dpt. de Marketing (Loyalty, open days, sell out...).
• Ejecutar el plan de acción estratégico definido por el Área Manager en su área geográfica y su cartera de clientes.
• Identificar y gestionar las necesidades formativas de los clientes sobre los productos comercializados por la compañía.
• Elaboración mensual del Forecast de ventas mensual.
- Gestión de datos y actualización del CRM.
Competencias/requisitos:
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años realizando las funciones similares
- Idiomas: Castellano, valorable inglés.
- Formación: CFGS o similar.
