We are a fast-growing, innovation-driven programmatic advertising firm redefining how brands connect with audiences across platforms with generative AI.. From display and video to CTV and beyond, we specialize in results.
We’re now looking for a driven and ambitious Junior Sales Executive to lead our Connected TV (CTV) division and help us expand our footprint in the US market from our European base.
What You’ll Do
As part of the commercial team, you will:
- Be the go-to person for our CTV strategy and offering, with full support from our senior team.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US and international markets, focusing on media agencies and brands.
- Support and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to meetings, proposals and closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Product, Marketing) to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Stay up to date with CTV trends, programmatic innovations, and competitor offerings.
You Are...
- A US native or citizen, currently living in Barcelona or Madrid (or willing to relocate).
- Recently graduated or in the final stages of your studies (Business, Marketing, Communications or similar).
- Passionate about sales, advertising and media.
- A natural communicator, persuasive and curious.
- Tech-savvy, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Looking for a company where you can grow fast, take ownership, and work with an international team.

En Kaleido Ideas & Logistics estamos buscando Sales Executive para nuestras oficias de Madrid.
Si tienes experiencia en el sector de Comercio Internacional y buscas una oportunidad laboral en un Grupo Empresarial dinámico, innovador, con una fuerte cultura de cuidado del empleado, en Kaleido te estamos esperando.
Las principales funciones que llevarás a cabo son:
- Captación de clientes potenciales.
- Seguimiento y fidelización de clientes.
- Prospección de clientes en mercados potenciales.
- Identificar y estudiar diferentes opciones a las hora de cotizar.
- Benchmarking
- Titulación en Comercio Exterior/Internacional, Gestión de Transporte, Supply Chain o Logística.
- Al menos 5 años de experiencia en el sector..
- Inglés nivel alto.
- Orientación al cliente y al resultado.
- Organización.
- Flexibilidad y adaptabilidad a distintos entornos de trabajo.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
