¿Cuál será tu misión?
Como Digital Marketing Manager te unirás al equipo de eCommerce, con el objetivo de liderar, gestionar y supervisar nuestro equipo de marketing digital formado por 5 personas especialistas en performance, SEO y marketing automation (emailing+push). Junto a tu equipo podrás desarrollar y ejecutar campañas a nivel mundial con especial foco en 10 mercados prioritarios.
¿Qué harás?
- Desarrollar y ejecutar proyectos y planes de marketing digital de acuerdo con la estrategia de la marca y dentro de los plazos.
- Gestionar el presupuesto de inversión en medios digitales del departamento de ecommerce (con enfoque performance) incluyendo: definición del gasto, planificación estratégica por canal y mercado, seguimiento de la rentabilidad.
- Utilizar una sólida capacidad analítica para evaluar la experiencia del cliente a través de múltiples canales.
- Coordinar las acciones de marketing automation (Notificaciones push y newsletter) para cada etapa del proceso de venta.
- Participación en la estrategia de optimización de motores de búsqueda (SEO) y seguimiento del rendimiento.
- Crear más visibilidad y clientes a través de anuncios online optimizados en plataformas de marketing digital, y gestión de las agencias de medios (PPC, Social, Afiliación,...)
¿Qué buscamos?
- Buscamos a un/a amante del marketing digital, con experiencia minina de 10 años como Digital Marketing Manager, liderando equipos.
- Necesitamos que tengas un mix de conocimientos entre producto, performance marketing, media buying, user acquisition y negocio.
- Experiencia con digital advertising, comprensión de herramientas de análisis web y marketing performance indicators.

We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to be based in our Barcelona office and you'll be responsible for developing and delivering Ohme's local marketing strategy within the Southern Europe region - Spain, Portugal and Italy. Leveraging central core capabilities and processes, you will be responsible for executing converting customer centric marketing campaigns & driving commercial outcomes.
Requirements
What we need from you
- Plan, execute & manage multi-channel marketing campaigns through online channels
- Localise the core Ohme brand so it feels authentic and ‘fits in' with the local landscape of EV charging
- Identify relevant events for the Ohme team to attend; manage the full execution & measure the impact on sales generation post event
- Direct & manage the content strategy & customer journeys on Ohme's website to promote Ohme's products/services. Deliver excellent user experience resulting in high converting frictionless journeys on site.
- Actively manage the social media strategy & delivery across key accounts such as LinkedIn, this includes campaign creation, content planning & community management.
- Drive content strategy across online and offline channels, for example, PR, blogs posts & search engine optimised website content
- Experience in managing a CMS, such as Wordpress to build basic webpages and maintain the core site (training on Wordpress offered)
- Languages: you must be fluent in Spanish and English; other languages - Italian or Portuguese (at least C1) will be advantageous

Importante empresa mexicana dedicada a la distribución de colecciones de moda, busca incorporar un director/a de marketing moda
Ubicación: Ciudad de México
Funciones:
- Liderar el marketing y la organización digital para dar presencia a la marca, hacerla crecer y garantizar la rentabilidad en cada uno de los países en los que tiene presencia.
- Desarrollar junto con su equipo la estrategia de comunicación en redes sociales manteniendo la marca en la mente del mercado objetivo.
- Implementación de herramientas y modelos de Business para conocer el posicionamiento y la analítica de la marca.
- Diseñar la estrategia de marketing corporativo.
- Desarrollar la estrategia anual de Marketing en el punto de venta.
- Crear un cuadro de mandos de marketing con los KPI'S necesarios para asegurar la rentabilidad de la compañía.
- Desarrollar e integrar información basada en las estrategias de la competencia, predicción de ventas e iniciativas futuras a través de la exploración de datos y el análisis de tendencias y previsiones.
- Coordinar la relación con otras áreas de negocio (operaciones, visual, compras, agencias externas, et.c) para alcanzar los objetivos planteados.
Perfil:
- Profesional especializado en Marketing y con experiencia mínima de 10 años desarrollando una posición de responsabilidad en la que haya gestionado la estrategia de Marketing de una compañía de moda.
- Experiencia previa en el liderazgo de equipos.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
- Disponibilidad para residir en México.
- Imprescindible nivel alto de inglés.
