Job Description
We're looking for an Junior Operations Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Madrid!
How You'll Be Hosting With Heart
- You will be responsible for our properties in a specific Spanish region and make sure that our daily operations run smoothly by coordinating with our local service providers, and visiting the properties also when needed.
- You guarantee our existing processes and guidelines are up to date and contribute to the development/implementation of new ones.
- You make sure the high-quality standards of our limehomes in all of our suite locations are met and you will even be visiting our beautiful properties on-site.
- You are linking our team & our partners and establishing a strong relationship with our suppliers (cleaning, laundry, maintenance…) to ensure smooth operations for all limehomes.
- You work closely with our Operations Manager and all relevant stakeholders to improve our operations at limehome.
What You Need To Shoot For The Stars
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in economics, tourism/hospitality or related fields and would be available for a full-time position with us in Madrid.
- You have good Microsoft Excel skills as well as very high Spanish and English skills, Portuguese is a plus.
- You have the ability to organize projects, appointments, and are a team player.
- You take ownership, love to tackle challenges and issues and keep cool in stressful situations.
- You structure your work individually and love to use your analytical capabilities.
- Your motto is "Nothing is impossible"! You are hands-on and approach things pragmatically and every challenge in a results-oriented way.

- Control de stock y variaciones en cada unidad de negocio.
- Implementación de políticas y procedimientos: colaboración en establecer políticas y procedimientos que mejoren la eficiencia y calidad del servicio y productos de cada local, incluyendo la gestión de pedidos, atención al cliente, etc.
- Supervisión de compra de suministros
- La evaluación del grado de satisfacción de la clientela y la adopción y puesta en práctica de medidas correctoras ante deficiencias detectadas.
- Coordinación del calendario de producción y planificación de tiempos
- Coordinación entre talleres, proveedores etc
- Capacidad de realizar viajes para reuniones de trabajo o montajes
Requisitos
- Idiomas: Inglés nivel medio/alto.
- Conocimiento de programas de organización y planificación
- Habilidades en planificación y gestión de proyectos.
- Habilidades verbales, escritas y organizativas.
- Disponibilidad presencial en Madrid
