Funciones principales:
· Coordinación y liderazgo del equipo operativo, incluyendo los departamentos de Recepción y Mantenimiento.
· Gestión de personal: planificación y asignación de turnos, organización de vacaciones y seguimiento del desarrollo profesional del equipo.
· Supervisión del ciclo completo de reservas: control de check-ins, check-outs y seguimiento de estancias.
· Gestión de la experiencia del cliente: atención personalizada, seguimiento de la satisfacción y resolución de incidencias.
· Toma de decisiones operativas basadas en políticas internas, así como propuesta de soluciones ante retos o situaciones no previstas del día a día.
· Supervisión de la calidad del producto y del servicio ofrecido en edificios y apartamentos.
· Coordinación con proveedores externos clave, asegurando la correcta ejecución de los servicios contratados (limpieza, mantenimiento, etc.).
Requisitos:
· Capacidad para el liderazgo y trabajo en equipo
· Residencia: Barcelona
· Titulación mínima: Grado Universitario
· Experiencia: Mínimo 3 a 5 años en posición similar, ideal en apartamentos turísticos (gestionando equipos de mínimo 5 personas)
· Idioma imprescindible: Castellano (Nivel Nativo-Alto) / Inglés (Nivel Alto)
· Dominio de la mecánica y operativa de un Departamento de Recepción y Reservas
· Dominio de las herramientas informáticas habituales de gestión hotelera
· Oficina base: Poblenou y con disponibilidad para desplazarse en diferentes edificios y recepciones de Barcelona.
· Disponibilidad para viajar a otras ciudades (entre 1 a 5 veces al año)

We are looking for a Fleet Operations Manager who is responsible for the safety, compliance, availability, and cost of the Fleet in ES. The candidate will need to execute the strategy of the team and leverage best practices. This person will play a central role within the larger fleet organization.
Key job responsibilities
- Ensure vehicles within the region are roadworthy and compliant with local regulations and Amazon Standards by performing audits and collecting regional feedback through partnership with Fleet Compliance and Product teams..
- Execute existing fleet initiatives and new product launches, support and engage with delivery partners by building mechanisms to help manage their fleet.
- Influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, internal and external, in order to solve complex operational needs. The role requires the ability to manage escalations and influence stakeholders.
- Manage vehicle operational readiness and cosmetic standards across the region, through collecting and analyzing data from different fleet management sources to secure customer experience
- This role will be based in one of our delivery stations in ES, and requires ability to travel 20-30% of time across the assigned region. Occasional travel across Europe will be required.
Amazon Logistics, or AMZL, handles ‘last mile’ delivery duties in partnership with third-party distribution businesses. We utilise creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to get millions of physical products into the hands of our customers. Lo que harás:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our purchasing, invoicing, and logistics operations.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth business operations by coordinating with suppliers, managing financial transactions, and streamlining logistics processes.
This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness across departments.
Responsibilities:
Purchasing:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and ensure timely availability of materials and products.
- Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure a reliable supply chain.
- Monitor inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement activities.
- Place POS to vendor.
- Optimization of process within our system NS.
- Oversee the invoicing process to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely billing.
- Work closely with the finance team to reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
- Implement systems to track and resolve any discrepancies in billing or vendor payments.
- Maintain records of all financial transactions related to procurement and logistics.
- Review of backlog and being able to improve invoicing volumes as well as report to group.
- Plan and oversee daily logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Optimize transportation and distribution processes to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to streamline order fulfillment.
- Develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for transportation and logistics.
The ideal Operations Manager has:
- A proven track record in the role (+5 years);
- A high level of English, both oral and written;
- An advanced level of Excel;
- Knowledge in the use of Netsuite (it will be considered a plus);
