Your mission
As a Business Development Representative at Motive.co, you'll partner with our Motive G2M team to boost our presence in Spain. Your role involves spearheading our growth journey by establishing connections with potential clients, nurturing these relationships, and utilizing your communication skills to drive sales and guide Motive toward lasting success.
What you’ll do
- Develop commercial campaigns from prospecting to closure, analyse campaign results, and propose improvements.
- Collaborate on preparing and optimising resources for campaign development.
- Manage the Motive events area: understand event objectives, explore prospect options, and craft event proposals for Motive.
- Deliver sales pitches, product reports, and other valuable information to potential prospects, promoting Motive's brand and mission while helping prospects identify their product needs.
- Manage a prospect base consisting of specific target accounts within an assigned territory.
- Generate new sales leads through outbound prospecting (industry events, cold calling, and emailing).
- Cultivate lasting trust-based relationships with clients.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, such as Marketing, Customer Care, or Product, to enhance cross-functional connections and add value.
- Achieve and surpass your monthly quotas and objectives, contributing to the achievement of team goals.
- Stay updated on new products/services and pricing/payment plans.
- Language Proficiency: Solid English skills (at least C1 level). Proficiency in a second language (French, Italian or German) will be appreciated.
- Outbound B2B Prospecting Expertise: Over a year of cold calling and email outreach experience to generate a robust business pipeline.
- Relationship Building: Skill in nurturing customer connections from prospecting to closure for impactful growth.
- Effective Multitasking: Proven track record of prioritising and managing tasks for focused business development.
- BA or BS Degree: Academic foundation in business, marketing, or related fields.
- Startup Exposure: Previous experience in a start-up environment preferred.
- Flexibility for a hybrid work setup, with 2-3 days spent weekly in our lively Gijón offices and the rest of the week working remotely from your chosen location.
- Excellent Organisational Skills: Strong emphasis on priorities, goal setting, and time management.
- Clear Communication: Ability to convey technical and non-technical information to staff and customers clearly.
- Adaptability: Flourish with minimal guidance, proactive approach, and thrive in uncertain situations.
- Being part of a team with a forward-looking, international mindset and Agile working practises.
- Hybrid work contract: 3 days in-office (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday), 2 days remote (Monday, Friday).

¡DriiveMe, que ya lleva operando 5 años en España, está buscando nuevos conductores profesionales para su plataforma!
Tanto en España como en otros países europeos son muchas las empresas que necesitan desplazar vehículos desde diferentes puntos para equilibrar sus flotas, o realizar movimientos entre diferentes concesionarios o entregar vehículos a sus clientes. Esto significa que se hacen cada mes miles de servicios.
DriiveMe ofrece a sus clientes una solución profesional en la movilidad, gracias a los conductores profesionales seleccionados y formados, en base a un riguroso criterio de selección y formación.
¿En que consiste el trabajo?
Como conductor, siendo parte de la plataforma DriiveMe, realizarás servicios moviendo vehículos desde un punto “A” hasta un punto “B” a cambio de una remuneración por cada trayecto conocida previa a la reserva.
- Desde la aplicación, me conecto y reservo uno de los traslados disponibles
- El día indicado deberás ir al punto de recogida del vehículo y moverlo hasta el punto de entrega indicado en la orden del servicio
- Una vez realizado el servicio, se deberá finalizar el servicio en la plataforma, y Driiveme pagará la remuneración de los servicios quincenalmente
- Tener una fuente de ingresos gracias a los servicios que realices
- Flexibilidad horaria en función de tu disponibilidad
- Gastos de los servicios (gasolina, peajes autorizados) se abonan cada 10 días
- Gestión sencilla e intuitiva (espacio personalizado en la plataforma DriiveMe 100% digital)
Dependerá del volumen de trayectos/movimientos de vehículos que desees efectuar en función de tu disponibilidad. Cada trayecto está asociado a una remuneración que depende del número de km y del acceso al lugar.
Requisitos para la posición
- Ser un empresario autónomo o una empresa
- Tener más de 21 años y disponer del carnet de conducir con 3 años de antigüedad.
- Disponer de un smartphone para conectarse a la app DriiveMe.
