What are we looking for?
Blue is looking for a talented Client Relation Specialist specifically working closely with Affiliate platforms to drive an effective customer relationships with our existing and new partners. We expect you to be a clear communicator with a focus on customer service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. You will receive comprehensive training in Blue's systems and ongoing support from our Head of Market Operations to ensure your success.
Responsabilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with affiliate platforms.
- Identify, engage, and build lasting relationships with new and potential clients.
- Regularly update and maintain internal tracking boards.
- Oversee the onboarding process for eCommerce clients, guiding them through implementation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to review campaign performance, results, and strategies.
- Conduct monthly meetings with clients to discuss progress and opportunities.
- Ensure budget alignment and effective allocation of resources.
- The ideal candidate, as the rest of the team, has a natural positive “Go Get” attitude.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Must be well organized and be able to self-manage tasks/schedule.
- Analytical and detail-oriented to see situations from multiple angles.
- Adaptability and a strong desire to self-learn and research in this field.
- Must be a clear communicator with a focus on customer service.
- Must be able to negotiate agreements, persuade potential affiliates, and advocate for the program’s interests.

- 37.5 working hours/week.
