Se ofrece:

“Atlas” is Launchmetrics’ Data Lake, powered by Databricks. It serves as the central repository for storing, managing, and analyzing large volumes of data across the organization. Designed to empower data-driven decision-making, Atlas enables collaboration and innovation across all departments.
Reporting to our VP of Product in charge of Metrics, you’ll play a key role in helping teams across the company understand and leverage data in their day-to-day decisions. You will support this mission by providing dashboards, insights, and tools that make our data more accessible and actionable.
What you’ll do:
- Manage Metabase Support: Act as the first point of contact for teams using our BI platform (Metabase, connected to Atlas). You’ll handle permissions, invitations, and guidance requests while ensuring swift and effective resolution of any issues.
- Enable Data Literacy: Train internal teams on how to use Metabase efficiently, and document our data assets, dashboards, and best practices to foster autonomy and confidence in using data.
- Build and Maintain Dashboards: Design and maintain BI dashboards that provide meaningful insights to different teams — for example:
- Product: product measurement frameworks
- Data Operations: coverage analysis

Skills and Qualifications:
- Academic Background: You are currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Data Analysis, Information Technology, or a related field and you have some demonstrable practical experience in data analytics.
- Technical Skills: You are familiar with Metabase and ideally Databricks or similar tools, basic understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases, and interest in DataLake.
- Analytical Abilities: You have strong capability to analyze data, identify patterns, and derive meaningful insights to support business decisions.
- Communication: You are able to simplify complex data concepts for various audiences.
- Problem-Solving: You demonstrate efficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues, demonstrating quick thinking and adaptability.
- Collaborative Spirit: You work effectively within a team, leveraging collaboration to meet collective goals.

Descripción
* Diseño de Estrategias de Monitorización de Seguridad
* Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de monitorización de seguridad, asegurando el cubrimiento de todas las acciones y eventos en todos los activos de la organización.
* Analizar el rendimiento de los sistemas de detección actuales e implementar mejoras que refuercen la visibilidad y capacidad derespuesta ante incidentes.
* Asegurar y perseguir la monitorización de la infraestructura Cloud.
* Asegurar una correcta monitorización de todos los activos de la entidad,tanto on-premise, como cloud, recomendando y aplicando las medidas necesarias para una correcta monitorización.
* Administracion y mantenimiento del SIEM Corporativo y sus componentes.
* Identificar y aplicar buenas de forma que el procesado de logs y la plataforma sean eficientes y no presenten problemas y/o debilidades de configuración.
* Administrar la infraestructura del SIEM (Consola, Colectores,Orquestadores…).
* Monitorizar el rendimiento del SIEM y aplicar mejoras de eficiencia.
* Gestión de la Calidad de los Logs
* Validar la integridad, completitud y formato de los logs.
* Implementar mecanismos de alerta ante pérdida o corrupción de logs.
* Realizar auditorías periódicas de fuentes de log para asegurar cobertura.
* Desarrollar integraciones ad-hoc para la obtención de logs mediante código Python.
* Establecer los requisitos de monitorización y coordinar con los diferentesdepartamentos las acciones a llevar a cabo para el cumplimiento demonitorización.
* Investigación y Desarrollo.
* Mantenerse al día con las últimas amenazas, vulnerabilidades ytecnologías de seguridad de SIEM, recomendando nuevas herramientasy metodologías.
* Resolver dudas técnicas relacionadas con la monitorización tanto al equipo de CiberSOC equipo como al resto de colaboradores que lo requieran.
* Colaboración.
* Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el resto del equipo de SOC y departamentos de Tecnología para asegurar una correcta recepción y procesado de los logs de los activos de la entidad.
* Coordinar con áreas como TI, riesgos y continuidad de negocio para asegurar una monitorización integrada y eficaz ante eventos de seguridad.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:
Titulación: Licenciados y grados en Informática, Telecomunicaciones o similar.
Conocimientos y/o experiencia:
* Experiencia liderando equipos de monitorización.
* Conocimiento medio/avanzado en desarrollo en Python.
* Experiencia al menos de 5 años en monitorización de amenazas.
* Capacidad de análisis de grandes cantidades de datos.
* Experiencia en correlado de datos.
* Conocimiento de sistemas de autenticación y directorio activo.
* Experiencia en administración de SIEM de al menos 5 años.
* Conocimiento avanzado de sistemas operativos (Linux, Windows,Kubernetes, Openshift...).
* Conocimiento en Protocolos y tecnologías de red.* Conocimiento en Arquitectura y funcionamiento de SIEMs.
* Conocimiento de MITRE ATT&CK.
* Nivel medio/avanzado de inglés.

Descripción
- Gestión del ciclo completo de Resiliencia Operativa (Bias, Planes de Continuidad, Planes de Gestión de Crisis, Políticas, Normas, Planes de Formación, etc.).
- Gestión y supervisión del resiliencia operativa tecnológica tanto en el desarrollo documental como en el de gestión de pruebas.
- Gestión y supervisión del resiliencia operativa con proveedores tanto en el desarrollo documental como en el de gestión de pruebas.
- Colaboración y gestión de pruebas de resiliencia operativa tanto en modopruebas de recuperación, simulaciones, table-tops, etc.
- Colaboración en auditorías internas y externas, incluyendo la preparaciónde evidencias, respuesta a requerimientos y seguimiento de hallazgosrelacionados con normativas como ISO 27001, ISO22301, PCI DSS, SWIFTCSP, ENS, DORA y NIS2.
- Elaboración de informes ejecutivos y dashboards de resiliencia, orientados a comité de seguimiento, dirección y áreas de negocio, con enfoque en métricas clave, evolución y planes de acción.
- Asesoramiento a áreas de negocio y TI en materia de resiliencia operativa, ayudando a integrar la resiliencia operativa en procesos, proyectos y decisiones estratégicas.
- Seguimiento normativo y análisis de impacto regulatorio, identificandocambios relevantes en el entorno legal y regulatorio (EBA, ECB, CNMV, etc.)y proponiendo medidas de adaptación.
- Promoción de la cultura de resiliencia, mediante formación, sensibilización y colaboración transversal con equipos de seguridad, legal, compliance y auditoría.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:
Titulación: Licenciados y grados en Informática, Telecomunicaciones o similarConocimientos y/o experiencia:
Experiencia mínima de 5 años en resiliencia operativa (Continuidad de Negocio y Tecnológica), con al menos 2 años en posiciones de responsabilidad en empresas medianas o grandes, preferiblemente del sector financiero.
Experiencia en la gestión de continuidad de negocio y tecnológico,incluyendo:
- Experiencia en la elaboración de cuerpo normativo de resilienciatanto a nivel de cuerpo normativo como de políticas y estrategia.
- Gestión del ciclo completo de Análisis de Impacto en el Negocio (incluyendo: BIAs (Business Impact Analysis), Planes de Continuidadoperativos para áreas de negocio, Planes de Gestión de Crisis, Planesde reubicación de personas, elaboración del cuerpo normativo decontinuidad de negocio.
- Diseño y Ejecución de Simulacros de Gestión de Crisis.o Experiencia en realización de planes de continuidad de negociotanto internos como conjuntos con proveedores.
- Experiencia en la realización de análisis de resiliencia operativa tanto a nivel de negocio como de tecnología.
- Experiencia en la realización de pruebas de continuidad de negocio (procesos internos y proveedores).
- Experiencia en la gestión de pruebas de continuidad tecnológica.o Dominio de plataformas GRC, especialmente RSA Archer, para la gestión de los procesos de continuidad.
- Análisis de Riesgos en materia de Continuidad de Negocio.
- Experiencia en la gestión y definición de KPIs de resiliencia operativa.
- Realización de Formaciones a usuarios tanto a nivel documentalcomo en ejecución.
Experiencia en la implantación y auditoría de sistemas de gestión decontinuidad de negocio y tecnológico basado en la ISO 22301.
Conocimiento de marcos regulatorios y normativos, incluyendo:o Regulación bancaria nacional e internacional (EBA, ECB, CNMV,Banco de España).
- DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act): comprensión de los requisitos de resiliencia operativa digital, gestión de riesgos TIC y gestión de terceros.
- NIS2 (Network and Information Security Directive).
- Estándares de seguridad y cumplimiento: ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO223017, ENS, PCI DSS, SWIFT CSP, NIST CSF.
Experiencia en entornos corporativos, con interacción con equiposmultidisciplinares, áreas de negocio, seguridad, legal y auditoría.
Capacidad para elaborar informes ejecutivos y presentaciones para comitésde riesgo, con enfoque en métricas clave, evolución de riesgos y planes deacción.
Nivel de inglés hablado y escrito (mínimo B2).
Competencias:
- CBCI (Certificate of Business Continuity Institute).
- CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)* CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional).
- ISO 22301 Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer.
- Pensamiento crítico con alta capacidad de observación y análisis..

The SAP P2P Finance Solution Architect will take ownership of designing, implementing, and optimizing P2P finance solutions while playing a hands-on role in key global transformation initiatives. As part of transformation team, including a shift to SAP S/4HANA, you'll contribute to rolling out and improving core processes across our global network. You'll work independently with stakeholders, coordinate with external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of P2P solutions, with a primary focus on OpenText VIM and SAP integration
- Drive process standardization and optimization across the global P2P landscape
- Provide technical leadership in solution design workshops and stakeholder meetings
- Develop and maintain solution architecture documentation, including process flows, integration patterns, and technical specifications
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for OpenText VIM across international subsidiaries, including concept development, implementation planning, testing coordination, user training and hypercare support
- Guide the implementation of automated invoice processing, payment workflows, and vendor management solutions, including payment processes, formats (PAIN, CGI), and banking connectivity
- Design and implement payment approval workflows, payment controls, and bank communication systems
- Oversee integration with global payment systems, ensuring compliance with international payment standards and regulations
- Support and guide the transition from existing SAP systems to S/4HANA, ensuring seamless integration with P2P processes
- Manage relationships and coordinate with external consulting and support service providers to ensure optimal solution delivery
- Collaborate with finance, treasury, procurement, and IT teams to align solutions with business requirements
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate governance standards
- Mentor and provide technical guidance on P2P best practices.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
The SAP P2P Finance Solution Architect will have:
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 5 years focused on P2P processes
- Deep expertise in OpenText VIM implementation and configuration
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules, particularly FI, MM, and related P2P components, including in-depth expertise in SAP payment configurations, payment systems and formats (PAIN, CGI, SWIFT)
- Proven track record of successful global system implementations
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects
- Experience with invoice processing automation and workflow design
- Understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with Coupa Treasury or other treasury management systems (a plus)
- A proactive, customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- Resilience, a willingness to learn, and a connected way of thinking
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus
