HUGO BOSS is looking a Stockista for our Store Boutique HUGO BOSS located at Paseo de Borne 1, Palma de Mallorca.

• 35 hours per week. From Monday to Friday.
• Fixed shifts: 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
• Two consecutive Days off.
• Inmediate incorporation.
• Permanent contract.
  
  

What You Can Expect

In your role as a "Stockist," you will be responsible for all warehouse operations to optimize the retail business and enhance the efficiency of the sales process, driving commercial success.

• Responsible for managing and moving physical stock, as well as maintaining the overall stock flow and storage process to improve and accelerate the customer experience.
• Management of product flow between the warehouse and the sales floor.
• Support in all loss prevention operations.
• Competent use of business systems and the latest technology.
• Drive the use of all available tools and ensure that procedures are executed and policies are followed.
  
  

Your Profile

• Previous experience in a similar management role within a retail and/or warehouse environment.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to business needs.
• Competent use of business systems and the latest technology.
• Demonstrate strong commercial acumen.
• Willingness to learn and continuously develop.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about the brand.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
