What You’ll Be Doing

Our Stylists are at the heart of the Levi’s® store experience. You’re not just selling jeans — you’re helping fans express themselves, feel confident, and find their perfect fit. Without our Stylists, the Levi’s® story wouldn’t come to life in-store.

Here’s How You’ll Make It Happen

• Creating genuine connections with customers and delivering exceptional 1:1 service
• Sharing product knowledge and styling advice that inspires confidence
• Supporting store operations including tills, fitting rooms, and stock management
• Maintaining strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Working with your team to achieve and exceed sales goals while keeping the store a welcoming place to shop

• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for learning and development
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience is an advantage, but not essential

Brand Experience

Support the Brand Experience ( Brand Environment & Visual Merchandising areas) in all projects related to VM set ups omnichannel.

VM South

• Support the VM Mgr in the organization of all VM projects ( openings/refits/ campaign set ups and activations)
• Work closely with the stores checking all pictures to improve the shopping environment ensuring that VM standards and campaign guidelines are properly followed. Campaign missions validation
• Work with the local external VM agency providing all relevant information and trainings to be sure they met our expectations in terms of plan of visits and performance. Provide feedback if the results are not the expected ones.
• Provide relevant communication to the VM team and stores as well as request any information needed for the VM projects ( campaigns, VM Updates, information requests,…)
• Participate in the most relevant VM set ups on site.
  
  

• Based in Barcelona.
• English speaker required
• Project Management skills to be considered
• Window and visual presentation skills
• Good communication skills: written and verbal
• Visual Merchandising Knowledge
