We are a global technology and services organization supporting leading brands across multiple industries. We are currently expanding our Solution Specialist team and are looking for experienced professionals to support Small and Medium-sized Business customers with cloud and digital solutions.

This role combines technical understanding, consultative selling, and customer engagement, and is suited for professionals who enjoy working in dynamic, fast-paced, and client-facing environments.

Role Focus

• Support and advance customer engagement across an assigned portfolio of SMB accounts
• Identify and develop up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with sales teams
• Present the value of cloud and digital solutions aligned with customer business objectives
• Deliver technical and business overviews and demonstrations in virtual environments
• Support solution design, pricing validation, and implementation planning
• Contribute to internal enablement through knowledge sharing and training
  
  
  

Candidate Profile

• Fluency in Dutch, Flemish, Portuguese, or a Nordic language and fluent English
• 3+ years of experience in technology sales, solution consulting, or business development
• Understanding of cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communications solutions
• Experience supporting cloud adoption, migrations, and hybrid environments
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Customer-focused, performance-driven, and adaptable mindset

• Relevant technical certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
