POSITION – Area Sales Manager (Madrid & Guadalajara)
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented professional, with strong commercial acumen and relationship skills, to join our Sales team in Spain.
What You Will Do
- Manage and develop the assigned customer portfolio, maximizing sales performance
- Identify and acquire new clients and business opportunities within the territory
- Implement commercial strategies and marketing initiatives at local level
- Promote DAB brand and product portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Analyze the local market, monitor competitors, and identify growth opportunities
- Represent the company at trade fairs, events, and business meetings
- Define and monitor the sales budget and commercial targets for the area
- Ensure the accuracy of sales forecasts
- Negotiate commercial agreements in line with company guidelines
- Coordinate with internal teams for offers, orders, and after-sales activities
- Ensure proper use of CRM and timely reporting
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields;
- Fluency in Spanish and good command of English;
- Previous experience in B2B sales roles, preferably in a relevant sector;
- Strong results orientation and ability to work towards targets;
- Excellent planning and territory management skills;
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills;
- Analytical mindset and customer-oriented approach;
- Proficiency in CRM and digital sales tools;
- Willingness to travel within the territory;
- Agile and curious mindset
