Experimental was founded in 2007 by three childhood friends, Olivier Bon, Pierre-Charles Cros and Romée de Goriainoff. Xavier Padovani later joined them and shared their vision: to offer the ultimate hospitality experience to an ever-demanding clientele.
Celebrated for bringing the cocktail bar culture to Paris, Experimental operates cocktail bars, but also wine bars, restaurants, and then from 2015 Hotels. Destinations diversify over the years, starting with European capitals like Paris and London, to more seasonal locations such as Ibiza or Menorca for the summer or the ski slopes of Verbier and Val d'Isère for the winter. The group also have properties in Venice, New York, Biarritz, and the Cotswolds.

About The Position
As Reservation Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the hotel’s reservations, both individual and group, ensuring a seamless guest experience while actively contributing to the hotel’s commercial and revenue strategy.
Key responsibilities:
- Group reservations: management, follow-up and coordination of tailored group bookings for Montesol Experimental Ibiza, as well as occasional support in handling group requests for our hotel in Menorca, including some travel throughout the year.
- Individual & Corporate reservations: handling daily enquiries, controlling rates and availability, developing direct sales, managing emails and client follow-ups.
- Revenue Management & Reporting: monitoring availability, budget and forecast; active participation in pricing and yield strategies; preparation of regular activity reports.
- Business development: managing and activating existing corporate accounts, identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Processes & quality: ensuring correct use of reservation procedures, monitoring data quality in the system and implementing best practices.
- Possibility of covering occasional front desk shifts to support the team depending on operational needs.
- Previous experience in a similar role and/or within a high-end hotel environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong guest-oriented mindset.
- Autonomous, well-organized profile with strong adaptability and decision-making abilities.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
- French is a strong plus.
- Strongly recommended knowledge and use of Opera Cloud.
- Ability to maintain a thorough understanding of the hotel and Experimental, including operating standards, internal procedures, policies, facilities and services, ensuring their proper application within the Reservations department.
- Strong commitment to internal policies, quality standards and excellence in guest service.
