Job description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Global Social Media Manager, based in Alcobendas (Madrid) to develop and execute social media marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement. Other responsibilities include analyzing social media metrics, crafting engaging posts, and liaising with cross-functional teams to support the company's global expansion and success.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating collaborators/creators (even on a small scale).
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies
• Strong Communication skills for audience engagement and collaboration with internal teams
• Experience in Content Strategy development and social media planning
• Excellent Writing skills to craft compelling and consistent messaging
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze social media metrics and improve effectiveness
• Strong understanding of various global markets and cultural nuances
• Comfortable on camera with strong creative judgment.
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred
