Job Description

We are looking for a creative and versatile Marketing & Advertising Copywriter to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveller’s journey for millions of holidaymakers.

If you love crafting compelling messages, shaping brand voice, and working across multiple formats—from digital integrated campaigns and paid ads to social media and CRM—this role is for you.

But there’s more: beyond pure marketing, you’ll also collaborate closely with the wider Copy & Localisation team, helping to adapt and localise content for different markets, ensuring consistency, tone, and cultural relevance across touchpoints.

The Job In Brief

Job Title - Advertising and Marketing Copywriter – Native English Speaker

Working model - hybrid from Madrid/ full-remote from Spain

Team - you will join the Content & Creative within the Engagement department.

Level – Professional, reporting to: Senior Copywriter

Location – Madrid, Spain

Contract – Permanent full-time 36 h/week

• Create persuasive, value-driven copy for multi-channel campaigns (email, display, push, social) to boost performance.
• Optimise content across touchpoints (landing pages, CRM, microcopy) to improve engagement and conversions.
• Adapt and localise content for different markets, ensuring both consistency and local relevance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable messaging that enhances the customer journey.
