Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Area Manager based in Alcover, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Area Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships within an assigned geographic area, meeting sales targets, and expanding market reach. Tasks will include negotiating contracts, creating sales strategies, analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, and providing excellent customer support. Regular collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and growth targets will also be a key part of the role.

Qualifications
  • Sales and negotiation skills to manage client accounts and achieve revenue targets.
  • Market analysis, strategy development, and strong business acumen to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for building strong client relationships and working collaboratively with teams.
  • Ability to travel as needed within the assigned geographic region.
  • Experience in the solar protection or related industries is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and software, such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
