Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site IT Support Engineer role based in Málaga. The IT Support Engineer will manage and troubleshoot system issues, provide technical assistance to employees, and resolve software and hardware-related problems. Core responsibilities include maintaining the IT infrastructure, ensuring its optimal performance, and providing timely support. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with team members to enhance IT systems and ensure a seamless technology experience across the organization.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
  • Experience with network administration and IT infrastructure management
  • Knowledge of operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear and effective technical support
  • Organization and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft certifications are a plus
