Role Description

This part-time role for a Store Manager at Roosik & Co is based in Girona, the Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store, ensure exceptional customer service, manage the performance of the store team, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include ensuring merchandise presentation aligns with brand standards, overseeing inventory, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and fostering a welcoming store environment.


Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on creating positive experiences for all clients.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
  • Proven experience in Store Management and general retail operations oversight.
  • Knowledge and implementation of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard inventory and company assets.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to leadership and teamwork.
  • Previous experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Spanish, English and Catalan is required.
