Role Description

This is a full-time and half time, on-site Salesperson role located in the Greater Palma de Mallorca Metropolitan Area. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases, managing merchandise displays, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring consistent stock replenishment. The Salesperson will also collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and a customer-focused mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of retail sales and merchandising
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing responsibilities
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Spanish; additional languages are a plus
• Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred
