HUGO BOSS is seeking Sales Assistant to join in one of our store teams in San Jose de Valderas, Alcorcon Madrid , ECI Store Carretera Nacional V Km KM 12,500

• 36 hours per week.
• Inmediate incorporation. October.
• Experience in retail, Premiun retail.
• Experience in ECI retail "El Corte Ingles".
• Job located in Alcorcon "San Jose de Valderas".

• To provide excellent levels of customer service and surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity
• To maximise every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets and KPI indicators
• To identify customer needs and answer all product-related questions. Be able to respond to queries regarding price, location, features, benefits and use of HUGO BOSS merchandise
• To ensure all customers' orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time
• To optimise product knowledge to the best advantage in recommending and drawing customer's attention to products in order to maximise selling opportunities
  
  
  

• Demonstrated experience of retail sales in a luxury brand environment
• Willing to adapt and take on new challenges
• Always presents a professional image
• Successfully able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities

We are looking for a Sales Associate to work with us at ECI Pintor Sorolla, "El Corte Inglés".

20 hours per week. Afternoon shift.

Schedule: Saturdays 8h and Thursdays, Fridays, or Sundays 6h in the afternoon.

Immediate incorporation.

Requirements:

• High level of English, C1 Advanced.
• Previous experience as a Sales Associate in retail (Luxury retail is highly valued).
• Experience in the menswear department.
• Previous experience working as a Sales Associate in ECI.

HUGO BOSS is looking a Stockista for our Store Boutique HUGO BOSS located at Paseo de Borne 1, Palma de Mallorca.

• 35 hours per week. From Monday to Friday.
• Fixed shifts: 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
• Two consecutive Days off.
• Inmediate incorporation.
• Permanent contract.
  
  

• Responsible for managing and moving physical stock, as well as maintaining the overall stock flow and storage process to improve and accelerate the customer experience.
• Management of product flow between the warehouse and the sales floor.
• Support in all loss prevention operations.
• Competent use of business systems and the latest technology.
• Drive the use of all available tools and ensure that procedures are executed and policies are followed.
  
  

• Previous experience in a similar management role within a retail and/or warehouse environment.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to business needs.
• Competent use of business systems and the latest technology.
