El Área de Infraestructuras y Servicios Generales se ocupa de la gestión de las infraestructuras y nuevas instalaciones; los servicios logísticos de conserjería y mantenimiento; de la atención al usuario, tanto presencialmente como telefónicamente; y otros servicios generales relacionados con la eficiencia y la sostenibilidad de los equipamientos.

Functions And Duties

  • Personalized counter service: students, teaching and research staff (PDI), administrative staff (PAS) and external personnel; provide requested information, channel it or refer it to the appropriate bodies.
  • Telephone support for the Telephone Assistance Service.
  • Management of messaging, parcel, and internal and external mail.
  • Management of space reservations and event organization.
  • Control and inspection of the first aid kit.
  • Management of lost and found items.
  • Management of keys and access cards for spaces.
  • Perform functions related to the Area of Infrastructure and General Services as delegated by their Supervisor and/or Director.
  • Collaborate in identifying concierge and maintenance tasks, entering the tasks, and monitoring them on the management platform.
  • Perform functions outlined in the Self-Protection Plan.
  • Carry out basic management tasks of the Area of Infrastructure and General Services.

Decree on recognition of qualifications of teaching and research staff and professional services staff

According to Spanish Royal Decree 889/2022, recognition of qualifications issued abroad qualifies for the exercise of regulated professions in Spain.

If you apply for a teaching and research staff (PDI) or 100% research staff (PI) post without official recognition of the qualification required in the call, you should submit a declaration of equivalence issued in Spain, together with a Spanish translation of your qualification. The application for this declaration is also valid, subject to a commitment to submit the declaration of equivalence itself within a period of 3 years at most. If the requirement is not met within this period, the contract will be terminated in accordance with Article 49 (b) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, of 23rd October, approving the revised text of the Workers’ Statute.

If you apply for a professional services staff (PTGAS) post without the required recognised university degree, you may submit a declaration of equivalence of your degree in Spain, together with a translation of the degree into Spanish. The application for this declaration is also valid, subject to a commitment to submit the declaration of equivalence itself within a period of 3 years at most. If the requirement is not met within this period, the contract will be terminated in accordance with Article 49 (b) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, of 23rd October, approving the revised text of the Workers’ Statute.

If you hold a recognised Spanish master’s degree, you may qualify for hiring, but this will not exempt you from the requirement to submit a declaration of equivalence of the qualification in the call.

If you submit a non-university qualification, when call provisions allow for this, you should include recognition of the qualification in accordance with the specific regulatory framework of the country of origin.

Title

of Medium Level in the field of administration or related areas

Certification of Level C1 in Catalan or commitment to obtain it.

Accreditation of Level B2 English or commitment to obtain it.

Experience Related To The Workplace

Experience in communication and customer service

Computer skills at a user level (Word, Excel, databases, etc.)

Knowledge of French

Intermediate level in the use of digital tools
