BayWa r.e. Solar Systems SLU es la representante en la Península Ibérica de la potente división de distribución de componentes solares fotovoltáicos Solar Trade de BayWa r.e., uno de los actores líderes en Europa y con fuerte presencia en Alemania, Suiza, Italia, Francia, Benelux, Dinamarca, etc. Para continuar el desarrollo del mercado ibérico y con un perfil mixto técnico-comercial, buscamos con base en la zona Sur / Levante : Sevilla, Murcia o Alicante.
Tus tareas
- Eres responsable del desarrollo de una red regional de instaladores y proyectistas especializados en autoconsumo (residencial e industrial)
- Eres responsable del proceso de oferta y negociación comercial para proyectos.
- Eres un punto de contacto y apoyo técnico para clientes y el resto del equipo comercial. Especialmente para inversores.
- Identificas a nuevos socios comerciales o multiplicadores para crecer al margen del negocio ya existente.
- Educas directamente a la gerencia y a marketing sobre peculiaridades del mercado en tu territorio y las oportunidades y servicios que de ellas se derivan.
- Contribuyes a la definición de la estrategia de producto y de compras como parte clave del equipo de desarrollo de nuevo negocio.
- Trabajas estrechamente con el equipo de operaciones/key account managers cediendo el control de las cuentas ya establecidas y centrándote en el desarrollo de nuevas oportunidades
- Estudios universitarios preferiblemente en el campo de la ingeniería, empresariales o económicas.
- Al menos 2 años de experiencia en el campo de la energía solar fotovoltaica con un alto componente técnico.
- Tienes una extensa red de contactos en el campo de la energía solar, el desarrollo de proyectos, la construcción y/o las empresas de comercialización de electricidad.
- Eres un/a buen/a comunicador/a con un alto nivel de autonomía e iniciativa propia.
- Te apasionan las energías renovables y te motiva la idea de formar parte de un equipo joven y en expansión.
- Vienes del campo de servicio técnico o comercial y quieres ampliar tu horizonte profesional adicionalmente en el otro campo.
- Tienes un buen dominio de las aplicaciones de MS-Office y conoces aplicaciones ERP o CRM como SAP/NetSuite y/o Salesforce
- Buen nivel de inglés hablado y escrito preferible.
- Preferible residencia en zona Sur /Levante: Sevilla, Murcia o Alicante.

We're looking for a proactive and well-connected Business Development Manager to join our team and help drive growth in the iGaming and fintech verticals. You'll be the face of the company at major industry events, to build strong relationships, close high-value deals, and represent our brand both offline and online.

Responsibilities:
- Attend major industry conferences and networking events with our Commercial Director
- Identify, approach, and onboard new clients in the iGaming and fintech space
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with online casinos, affiliates, and media buyers
- Pitch our products and solutions during events, meetings, and personal introductions
- Manage inbound and outbound leads and bring deals to closure
- Maintain and segment CRM records to track performance and relationship health
- Assess client needs and tailor solutions to meet their business goals
- Represent the company at expos, forums, and high-profile industry gatherings
- Gather market feedback and relay insights to product and marketing teams
- Prepare custom proposals, agreements, and deal structures
- Lead negotiations and meet sales KPIs and revenue targets
- Present the brand across social channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.):
- Actively engage in digital discussions and communities
- Represent the company through posts, comments, and online content
- Build your professional network while strengthening the company's voice
- Support marketing and employer branding initiatives via your presence
- Proven experience in the iGaming industry (e.g., online casinos, affiliate programs, agencies, payment solutions)
- Strong network of industry contacts and proven relationship-building skills
- Experience working with media buyers and affiliate partners
- International B2B sales experience, especially in high-risk or performance-driven verticals
- Fluent Russian (native-level) and English at B2 level or higher (knowledge of additional languages is an asset)
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Confidence and willingness to act as a public face of the brand - both offline and online
- Experience with virtual cards or in-depth knowledge of payment solutions tailored to iGaming and affiliate marketing
- Understanding of digital spend flows, traffic arbitrage, and affiliate payout models
