En Bershka buscamos incorporar a un/a diseñador/a de producto digital senior para unirse a nuestro equipo.

Sobre el equipo:

Te unirás al equipo de experiencia de usuario formado tanto por diseñadores de producto como por perfiles de UX research. A la vez, desempeñarás un papel fundamental dentro de un equipo multidisciplinar (squad) impulsando soluciones coherentes y centradas en nuestras usuarias, que añadan valor y conecten con ellas.

Este rol combina una parte estratégica con otra más orientada a la implementación, dónde es fundamental entender el valor del resesarch en distintas fases del proceso de diseño y cómo podemos medir el éxito de nuestros diseños a través de los datos.

¿Cuáles serían tus funciones?

1. Trabajarás con equipos multifuncionales (incluyendo Product Owner, Developers de iOS, Android y Web, UX Research, Data Analyst, QA) identificando, priorizando y ejecutando soluciones de diseño de valor para nuestros usuarios.
2. Participarás en todo proceso de diseño, desde la ideación e investigación para la extracción de conclusiones (fruto de la validación de hipótesis en base a necesidades y objetivos), como de su traducción en interfaces atractivas e intuitivas previa a su desarrollo. Todo ello sin olvidar el seguimiento posterior a la implementación a través de las métricas obtenidas para asegurar una iteración continua del producto.
3. Formarás parte de diferentes dinámicas con el resto de los diseñadores del equipo en entorno de confianza y crecimiento en el que ayudarnos mutuamente a resolver problemas y conseguir un producto coherente. Además, como diseñador senior, servirás de mentor transmitiendo conocimiento a los diseñadores con menos experiencia ayudándoles a crecer y aprendiendo durante el proceso.
4. Aprovechar conjuntos de datos cuantitativos y cualitativos abordar los desafíos de los usuarios y la empresa y proponer soluciones de diseño. Para ello, podrás trabajar día a día con el equipo de research y data.
5. Contribuirás de forma activa a la construcción y utilización de nuestro Sistema de Diseño y bajo criterios de accesibilidad.

6. Eres resolutivo y proactivo en la aportación de soluciones a problemas a través de propuestas eficaces y creativas. Necesitamos que seas autónomo y ágil en la toma de decisiones tácticas de cara evitar bloqueos propios y ajenos.
7. Que seas cuidadoso con el detalle. Trabajamos en un entorno de trabajo con un alto nivel de exigencia en el que es importante la búsqueda de la excelencia de cara a encontrar la mejor experiencia de compra de nuestros usuarios.
8. Posees dotes de comunicación para manejar la exposición de ideas y propuestas para debatirlas con el equipo, ya que tendrás que ser capaz de argumentarla en base a aprendizajes, investigaciones, hipótesis y análisis de usabilidad.
9. Para acabar, es fundamental que entiendas que el mejor producto digital nace desde la investigación de los usuarios y el equilibrio entre sus necesidades y las del negocio.

About the role:

At bsport, our UX team cares about every detail of the platform, fueled by our users' feedback. We’re dedicated to making life smoother for both our clients and their customers.

UX team collaborates closely with Product and Engineering, keeping communication open and feedback flowing.

Designers play a major role in the facilitation and execution of solutions, from concept to implementation, and drive UX and visual design, UX research, ideation, problem definition and validation.

Product designer at bsport wears multiple hats across the design process, with great attention to detail, to create experiences that constantly push the quality bar of the product.

We are looking for a designer to work within our Financial Services team, with the mission of providing all the tools to become our client's most reliable financial partner.

🎯What will be your impact:

• Learn our users: Conduct user research and testing to gather insights. Bring and align your team about your learnings and build shared understanding across all stakeholders.
• Collaborate across teams: Partner with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring your designs to life.
• Iterate: Continuously refine your designs based on feedback and testing. Embrace an iterative approach to ensure your solutions create user and business impact.
• Raise quality bar: From wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, create designs that are both beautiful and functional. Your work will directly impact how users interact with our platform.

• Have +3 years as product designer in a B2B environment, and if you've worked in B2B2C, that's a huge plus!
• You love turning complex challenges into elegant solutions and are always exploring new ways to innovate and improve.
• You thrive in a team environment, working effectively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders. You have excellent communication skills, and you’re comfortable presenting and discussing your designs.
• You put the user at the heart of product development process, using research and feedback to guide your decisions and ensure your designs meet their needs while continuously aligning your team around these goals.
• You are proficient in UX design principles, including user research, information architecture, and interaction design, and have experience using Figma.
• Your eye for detail makes every aspect of your design polished and aligns with the overall vision and quality standards.
