A few examples of your responsibilities

• Help shape outstanding user experiences and impact the success of our products by creating flawless UI and UX designs, from conceptualization to delivery. You’ll take a human-first approach to designing products, ensuring they delight users by being as effective as they are aesthetically pleasing.
• Make use of prototyping tools to ensure your designs are intuitive and to explore new, innovative ways of designing interactions.
• Work closely with product managers and software engineers to propose new features and improve the quality of both mobile and desktop apps.
• Focus on user testing and research to ensure our customers are always at the core of our product designs.
• Find, together with engineers, the most efficient trade-off between high-value solutions for users and the complexity of implementation.
• Leverage usage data to evaluate the impact of your designs, and apply your learnings to the next iterations.

The selection process
If you pass our screening, we’ll ask you to take on a few tests designed to assess how you approach unfamiliar problems. They’re challenging and may take several hours to complete. If you’re successful with those, we’ll invite you to a series of interviews.

Buscamos a alguien que forme parte del equipo de diseño y trabaje mano a mano con el equipo de desarrollo, para crear un lenguaje común que atienda a las necesidades de todos los que participan en nuestros emocionantes proyectos.

Queremos que seas parte activa en esas conversaciones sobre objetivos y procesos de trabajo en la gestión de sistemas de diseño.

Nos encantaría que tuvieras la habilidad de detectar problemas de usabilidad y accesibilidad realizando auditorías, pero también que pudieras diseñar y validar soluciones que hagan brillar los diferentes productos en los que colabores.

Si eres un experto en construir componentes en Figma y tienes en cuenta las necesidades de tu equipo y del producto, ¡eres la persona que estamos buscando!

Y por último, pero no menos importante, nos gustaría que pudieras generar documentación clara y fácil de entender para que todos los miembros del equipo puedan utilizarla sin problemas.

¿Qué esperamos de ti?

Estamos en la búsqueda de una persona con al menos 3 años de experiencia en diseño de productos digitales y que haya participado en la construcción y mantenimiento de sistemas de diseño.

Deberías tener un dominio sólido de los principios de diseño y usabilidad, aplicándolos para crear interfaces fuertes y coherentes.

Es vital que conozcas y apliques procesos de diseño end-to-end, desde el descubrimiento hasta la documentación y el seguimiento.

Tu interés por desarrollar el pensamiento sistémico, utilizando métodos para identificar interrelaciones y diagnosticar problemas para trabajar en soluciones, será muy valorado.

Queremos que comprendas las limitaciones tecnológicas para evaluar y adaptar tus diseños de la mejor manera posible.

Tu habilidad para utilizar herramientas de diseño y prototipado, especialmente Figma,

debe ser excepcional.

Buscamos a alguien que trabaje bien en equipo y que no tema enfrentar retos de diseño para encontrar la mejor solución.

Debes tener un ojo crítico para el detalle, lo que se refleja en tus diseños finales.

Tu pasión por el diseño debe ser evidente, con un deseo constante de aprender y contribuir al equipo.

Y por último, necesitas poder seguir y participar en conversaciones en inglés, así como escribir documentación técnica de manera fluida.

Eres una persona que tiene manejo y altos conocimientos en sistemas de diseño, en como construirlos en Figma y en navegar por ellos y utilizarlos.
