Agencia digital situada en Barcelona especializada en diseño, desarrollo e ilustración.
Nuestra meta es cumplir los objetivos de nuestros clientes con un enfoque original, creativo y tecnológicamente moderno.

Queremos incorporar a un becario/a de diseño digital muy creativo/a para dar apoyo al equipo de diseño.

Crearás junto al equipo materiales online, branding, redes sociales, interfaces web (UI), y darás soporte al equipo IT.

Requisitos:
- Formación en diseño gráfico, diseño UI y creatividad.

- Diseño y creación de líneas gráficas digitales que definan la parte visual de los proyectos.
- Diseño de identidades de marca (logotipo, branding…).

- Creatividad, criterio estético y proactividad en búsqueda de nuevas tendencias.
- Imprescindible poder firmar convenio de colaboración con centro de estudios para realizar un convenio de prácticas curriculares.

Funciones:
- Diseño de interfaces de proyectos web, desde el concepto hasta su versión definitiva junto al equipo de diseño.

- Diseño y creación de líneas gráficas digitales.

- Diseño de identidades de marca (en menor cuantía) (logotipo, Branding…)

- Diseño de creatividades o apoyo al departamente de diseño.

• User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Visual Design: Develop visually appealing and cohesive design elements, including icons, buttons, and layouts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• User-Centered Design: Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive and accessible interfaces.
• Feedback Integration: Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results. Design Systems: Maintain and contribute to the development of design systems and style guides.
  
  

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Responsabilities

• Investigation of user trends and functionality patterns
• Prepare and apply interviews with users
• Creation of navigation trees
• Creation of low, medium and high-fidelity wireframes in digital products
• Interface prototyping in InVision, Framer, Origami (or similar)
• Graphic adaptation of responsive assets (mobile / tablet / desktop)

Requirements

• Native or Bilingual level of English. We are opened for international students.
• Studies in Graphic Design and Web Development.
• Experience with digital product design tools: Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD
• Experience with prototyping tools: InVision, Principle or FramerX
• Good knowledge in Adobe Photoshop
• Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, After Effects, HTML5, CSS3 will be valued
• Competences: Responsibility, attention to detail, proactivity, organizational skills, active listening, creativity, collaboration, teamwork and motivation.
