A few examples of your responsibilities

• Help shape outstanding user experiences and impact the success of our products by creating flawless UI and UX designs, from conceptualization to delivery. You’ll take a human-first approach to designing products, ensuring they delight users by being as effective as they are aesthetically pleasing.
• Make use of prototyping tools to ensure your designs are intuitive and to explore new, innovative ways of designing interactions.
• Work closely with product managers and software engineers to propose new features and improve the quality of both mobile and desktop apps.
• Focus on user testing and research to ensure our customers are always at the core of our product designs.
• Find, together with engineers, the most efficient trade-off between high-value solutions for users and the complexity of implementation.

You can also receive some of your pay in company equity at a discounted price, thus participating in the value creation we achieve together. If relocating to Italy, you may enjoy a 50% tax cut.

React Node.js MongoDB AWS

Estamos buscando una persona con experiencia profesional como Full Stack Developer en equipos de desarrollo de software y empresas en crecimiento y expansión constante.

Nuestro perfil ideal tendrá al menos entre 3 y 4 años de experiencia en desarrollo frontend y backend, preferiblemente con mayor tendencia a trabajar en el lado del servidor. Adicionalmente, buscamos a alguien que haya trabajado en diferentes proyectos puestos en producción donde se hayan implementado APIs de servicios de inteligencia artificial como OpenAI, Gemini, Claude o similares.

Tareas

• Desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones de alta calidad y uso intensivo, tanto en el frontend como en el backend.


• Implementar proyectos de inteligencia artificial utilizando tecnologías como OpenAI o Gemini.


• Colaborar con el equipo de diseño para crear interfaces de usuario atractivas y fáciles de usar.


• Participar en reuniones de planificación y revisión de código con el equipo de desarrollo.


• Mantenerse al día con las últimas tendencias y tecnologías en el campo del desarrollo de software y la inteligencia artificial.

Requisitos

• Experiencia previa demostrable como desarrollador, con al menos entre 3 y 4 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software.


• Conocimiento sólido de Node.js y experiencia en el desarrollo de aplicaciones web utilizando el framework Express.


• Experiencia en el diseño e implementación de bases de datos MongoDB.


• Conocimiento sólido de React y experiencia en el desarrollo de aplicaciones web utilizando el framework Next.


• La experiencia con servicios de AWS es altamente deseable. Trabajar con Serverless Framework será un punto muy a tener en cuenta.

Educación:

• Aunque no será indispensable para optar a la posición, tener un título de FP o universitario se considerará positivamente en el proceso.


• Se valorará positivamente la obtención de títulos avanzados en inteligencia artificial o campos afines.
