Join the ASK4 project delivery team and play a key role in ensuring our projects run smoothly and efficiently.
As Project Support, you'll provide vital administrative, logistical, and coordination support, assisting Client Project Managers in keeping projects on track.
From maintaining key documentation and managing communications to coordinating resources and helping drive timely project progress, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our project success and be part of a collaborative international team.
What you'll be doing: * Support in maintaining project plans, action logs, risk registers, and other documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, taking and distributing minutes.
- Track and follow up on project tasks to ensure timely updates from stakeholders.
- Help ensure timely communication between teams, flagging delays or blockers.
- Support onboarding of new projects by helping set up documentation and systems, and in preparing client-facing documentation such as meeting packs or summary updates.
- Collect and consolidate project status updates from delivery teams.
- Produce standardized weekly and monthly reports using templates.
- Update project dashboards, schedules, and task trackers.
- Coordinate internal resources and logistics (e.G., engineer schedules, equipment dispatch).
- Coordinate with client stakeholders to ensure adequate access and timing for equipment and engineer visits.
- Have experience in customer service or stakeholder management.
- Be able to manage conflicting priorities.
- Be process-oriented.
- Have a keen eye for detail and organization.
