Consider your next career step as an FOM at our 4-star Hotel Alua Golf Trinidad in Roquetas de Mar (Almería).
You will work directly with the General Manager to implement and maintain established service quality and customer care standards, achieve objectives, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Act as the person in charge of the department in the absence of the Front Office Manager, performing their duties and ensuring operational continuity.
• Organize, lead, and coordinate the work of the Front Office team, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Manage, supervise, and plan the department’s activities, including task allocation and team leadership.
• Handle guest arrivals and departures (check‑in and check‑out), ensuring an impeccable welcome experience.
• Manage reservations and service requests made by guests, both direct and internal.
• Respond to guest needs and resolve issues promptly, with empathy and professionalism, aiming for the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Process reservations, check‑ins, check‑outs, and internal and external communications using the hotel’s PMS and related systems.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other departments in the overall management of the hotel, promoting communication and teamwork.
• Supervise key reception tasks: reservation management, telephone assistance, and guest support.
• Train new receptionists and promote continuous development within the team, strengthening their skills and competencies.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience in reception at 4-star hotels, in similar roles.
- Demonstrable experience in cost management.
- Experience managing teams of more than 8 people.
- Knowledge in All Inclusive.
- Strong focus on extra sales and upselling.
- High level of English.
- Knowledge of PMS
- Availability to start in February 2026.
- Knowledge of the vacation.
- Able to reside in Almeria, Spain.
