Currently, projects in Spain are still coordinated from the Netherlands, but a Spanish entity has now been established to realize further growth in Spain.

To successfully develop the Spanish organization (based in Cádiz), Braspenning Group is seeking an entrepreneurial Operations Manager.

The Role

The Operations Manager develops the Spanish organization into a fully integrated part of Braspenning Group in line with the group’s strategy, culture, and processes.

In consultation with the Dutch management, you will develop financial, operational, and commercial plans, which you then translate into actions, budgets, and objectives. This ensures a profitable flow of new projects, high-quality and safe execution, and timely delivery.

From Spain, you identify market opportunities and technical developments, enabling Braspenning Group to build a reputation as an innovative and trusted local partner.

HRM is a key focus for the Operations Manager; recruiting and guiding the right professionals is essential for continued success. Braspenning Group therefore places great importance on team development, training, instruction, and sustainable employment relationships. Compliance with Spanish laws and regulations must also be ensured, supported by external expertise if necessary.

The Ideal Candidate

The new Operations Manager has:

• Extensive knowledge and experience in Braspenning Group’s specialized technical market
• Strong leadership skills, with both strategic thinking and hands-on operational execution
• An entrepreneurial personality, hands-on, taking ownership of responsibilities, and embodying Braspenning Group’s core values
• Practical qualifications, such as a bachelor-level education, at least English level B1 and Spanish C1,, a category B driving license, and a flexible attitude (regarding location, working hours, and tasks)
