Your Role

As our CRM Manager, you will be the driving force behind our player engagement, retention, and loyalty strategies. You’ll design, implement, and optimise innovative CRM campaigns that align with our business goals and enhance every step of the player journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute data-driven CRM strategies to enhance engagement, retention, and loyalty.
• Manage and optimise multi-channel CRM campaigns.
• Analyse player behaviour to deliver targeted, personalised communications.
• Lead, mentor, and support the CRM team.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend strategic improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven CRM management experience in the iGaming industry.
• Strong knowledge of CRM tools (Customer.io).
• Data analysis and segmentation expertise.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
