¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

• Oversee all purchasing activities and manage the procurement team.
• Develop and implement efficient procurement strategies.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements of raw materials.
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
• Develop risk management procedures to mitigate procurement risks.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and regulations.
• Manage and improve the supply chain for optimal performance.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

A successful Manager de Compras should have:

• A degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a similar field.
• Proven experience in procurement or a similar role within the Industrial/Manufacturing industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to network and build relationships with vendors.
• Proficiency in relevant software, including inventory management systems.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a team.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
