We are looking for Assistant Financial Controller to join the Finance Department of Zannier Hotels, in our renovated Central Offices located in Menorca.

As Assistant Financial Controller, your first assignment will be to overlook our two properties in Namibia. You will work closely with the Finance Team of the hotels to manage daily accounting, ensure financial data is accurate and up to date and control that taxes and legal procedures are followed. You will also be working on monthly closing, budget preparation and corrective action plans implementation.

The Assistant Financial Controller will also serve as Business Partner to the General Managers of the properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting team of the two properties including account payables, payroll, fixed assets, etc.
• Supervise monthly closing and yearly closing with accounting team
• Prepare yearly budget and forecasts
• Costs analysis and corrective action plan proposal
• Ensure legal and accounting procedures are in place
• Manage cash flow
• Prepare and ensure relation with external auditors
• Maintain and build communication with key stakeholders
