En este rol, tendrás la oportunidad de ser un agente clave en la transformación de nuestras operaciones a través de la implantación de la cultura de Mejora Continua en Air Liquide Healthcare España y la gestión de proyectos. Si te apasiona el Lean Management y tienes experiencia gestionando proyectos, este es tu momento para impulsar la eficiencia y el crecimiento de nuestra organización.
¿Cómo podrás crecer profesionalmente?
- Desarrollando tus habilidades en Lean Management: Profundizarás tus conocimientos y experiencia en metodologías Lean, consolidando tu base como Lean Six Sigma Green Belt y aplicando tus habilidades en un entorno real y desafiante, que te permitirá a futuro obtener los conocimientos de un Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
- Mediante la experiencia en Gestión de Proyectos de Impacto: Liderarás proyectos que tendrán un impacto directo en la eficiencia y los resultados de la compañía, ampliando tu experiencia en la gestión integral de proyectos.
- Crecimiento y Liderazgo: Tendrás la oportunidad de crecer dentro de la organización, desarrollando tus habilidades de liderazgo a través del acompañamiento a otros y la gestión de proyectos.

- Soporte y Desarrollo de Líderes: colaborar estrechamente con los líderes de mejora continua, ofreciendo coaching y formación para asegurar la correcta ejecución de sus iniciativas. Contribuirá en la definición y seguimiento de sus objetivos, así como en la identificación y desarrollo de nuevos líderes.
- Liderazgo de Proyectos de Mejora: liderar y participar en proyectos de transformación de operaciones a nivel nacional, desde la detección y análisis de oportunidades hasta la implementación y seguimiento de las mejoras.
- Colaboración Internacional: Formar parte activa de la comunidad europea de mejora continua, compartiendo buenas prácticas e incorporando las innovaciones del grupo a nivel nacional.
Serás el candidato/a si cumples con los siguientes requisitos:
- 3 - 5 años de experiencia
- Movilidad geográfica. Es un puesto que requiere un 60-70 % del tiempo de desplazamientos.
- Grado universitario en ingeniería, valorable organización industrial o similares.
- Especialización en metodologías de Mejora Continua
- Alto manejo de sistemas de información (valorable haber participado en algún proyecto tecnológico)

Achieve the Operational Excellence (safety, reliability & efficiency) in the LI Facility, in compliance with all local
regulations and IMS rules, in line with the LI Strategy defined by the main stakeholders.
Manage the teams and operate the production equipments at Facility level, in coordination with other involved
teams (Industrial / Maintenance teams, SIO Center, BD / Energy teams, IM/EL teams, HSE teams and any other key
stakeholders for LI Operations) to achieve the targets at Facility level.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
- Achievement of Operational Excellence in his / her Facility
- Regarding safety, assumes the legal responsibility in his/her facility
Director.
- Ensure achievement of Safety Performance (Field-Safety, Process-Safety,
Industrial Management teams. He/she is responsible for the safety in
his/her plant and, in particular, for developing/maintaining a strong and
sustainable safety culture.
- Reliability (Deliver on products per customer contracts and demand upon the
developing/ maintaining a strong and sustainable reliability culture.
- Ensure Efficiency Performance at Facility level, in support of SIO Center
- Performance Contribution & Follow-up
- Build and maintain Customer Operational Relationship. Foster positive
- Approve the Facility Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs)
- Manages the Operational Transients and coordinates the capitalisation /
for troubleshooting local issues while operating the plant safely and reliably
in specific nonstandard modes.
- Understands, monitors, and optimizes local operating costs and budgets.

- Asset optimization: He/she (or his/her delegate) makes sure that the local
process conditions are promptly and properly implemented, and ensuring
that risk analyses are properly conducted before implementing operational

- He/she (or his/her delegate) promptly informs the ROCC Pilot/Manager
operated at their most economically efficient levels while ensuring effective
reliability management in the short term.
- Ensure coordination of the incident management at Facility level, in interface
