From ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for a UX Designer to collaborate with our partner, a global leader in IT Travel B2B.

💪 Your mission will be...

UX Strategy & Design:

• Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for BI dashboards and tools that simplify data analysis and enhance user decision-making.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas clearly to stakeholders.
• Ensure design consistency between dashboards, platforms and client guidelines.

Data Visualization:

• Create clear KPI, graphs, charts that allow users to easily interpret large datasets.
• Design dashboards to help track key performance indicators, trends and forecasts.

User Research & Analysis:

• Conduct user research with PMs to understand the needs, pain points, and behaviors of users in the travel industry.
• Analyze user requirements for BI tools, including data visualization, reporting, and analytics needs.

👀 Our requirements would be:

• Education & Qualifications: Master in ergonomics/psychology or equivalent.
• Fluent in English
• A significant experience as a UX Designer as well as a strong knowledge on tools and techniques
• You enjoy working in a friendly, fast-paced team environment, you are proactive and comfortable sharing ideas
• You are a natural problem solver with creativity and good communication
• You have excellent project management and organizational skills and you can work collaboratively and productively and as well as independently.
