Due to the rapid growth of our VANTAGE business, Control Risks is seeking a candidate with strong initiative to oversee all aspects of project delivery and business administration. The individual will be responsible for providing operational support in accordance with all project and company policies and procedures, as well as establishing and streamlining processes to drive efficiency and accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client project coordination

• Provide first level of client task management, processing client orders and recording them in internal system.  Escalate unclear orders to relevant stakeholders
• Support the delivery management team with general day-to-day operational tasks and address potential issues when they arise
• Clean up one drive Research Library folders and compare to Final Report library to Global Delivery tracker weekly
• Download GAN documents and save into tasking folder with every order
• Update Client specific trackers and match to Global Delivery tracker daily

Financial support

• Provide internal and external reports on database usage
• Manage and execute subcontractor purchasing process, verifying data input to ensure accuracy of purchase orders and corresponding supplier invoices
• Review and support initiatives for the purchasing ordering and expenses process

Operational support

• Timesheet reporting
• Support the creation of training materials and internal reference documents where required
• Maintain up to date client records and service tracking
• Provide client usage reports as required
  
  

Essential

• Excellent face-to-face communication skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Strong track-record of problem solving, including in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Experience in Microsoft Office - especially Excel
• Experience in SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
• Attention to detail
• Excellent time management and prioritisation
• Confident to raise concerns and discuss solutions
  

Preferred

• Customer service and/or customer complaints experience

• Experience communicating remotely across jurisdictions via video call.
• Education or work experience in compliance or business intelligence sector
• Prior experience of using internal enterprise systems

Buscamos un/a Risk Oversight Control Analyst para incorporarse a un importante grupo multinacional del sector automoción en Madrid. Persona analítica, comprometida y con ganas de crecer en el área de riesgos financieros dentro de un entorno industrial.

Requisitos
-Titulación universitaria en Económicas, Empresariales, Estadístico/a o Matemáticos/as
-Experiencia en análisis de riesgos financieros o funciones similares
-Conocimientos en herramientas de análisis de datos:
--SAS (muy valorado), o bien SQL o R
-Manejo avanzado de Excel y paquete Office
-Inglés mínimo nivel B2
-Francés deseable, pero no obligatorio

Funciones principales
-Generar y reportar métricas clave de Riesgo de Crédito
-Elaborar informes mensuales para comités de riesgos
-Coordinar con Contabilidad, Finanzas y Auditoría
-Hacer seguimiento de indicadores y comparativas con presupuesto
-Apoyar la validación de provisiones y límites de apetito de riesgo
-Participar en forecasts, presupuestos y reportes a socios
-Detectar riesgos operacionales y mejorar procesos
-Colaborar en auditorías y reporting regulatorio
