Please note that this role is office based for Valencia, Spain (RAS Valencia - Servicios Profesionales de Recursos Humanos).

Architect and deploy the next generation of conversational intelligence. You will build autonomous agents that live across voice, web chat, and messaging, ensuring they are fast, reliable, and deeply integrated into our business systems.

Responsibilities:
- Agentic Architecture: Design multi-modal agent systems that leverage LLMs for reasoning, planning, and execution;
- Conversational Engineering: Build and optimize high-fidelity Voice (VUI) and Chat (CUI) interfaces, focusing on latency reduction and natural turn-taking;
- Workflow & Logic: Develop the "connective tissue" between AI agents and external APIs, databases, and CRMs to automate end-to-end business processes;
- RAG & Memory: Implement advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and long-term memory systems to provide agents with accurate, contextual data.

Requirements:
- Core Skills: Proficiency in Python or Node.js and experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar);
- Automation Mastery: Extensive experience with workflow orchestration (e.g., n8n, LangFlow, or Make);
- Voice & Chat Expertise: Familiarity with real-time voice protocols (WebSockets, WebRTC) and chat-interface deployment;
- Preferred Stack: Experience with Retell AI (Voice) and n8n is a significant plus but not a dealbreaker.
Previous experience working in the iGaming industry.
