Due to our constant growth, we are looking for a Junior Business Development to support our projects in Madrid, Spain.

You will be responsible for:

• Increase sales by proactively seeking new customers.
• Conducting business negotiations with customers.
• Preparation of commercial offers.
• Preparation and approval of contracts.
• Acceptance orders.
• Prompt resolution of all emerging issues with customers.
• Maintaining reporting documentation.
• Managing Internal CRM tools.

About you:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Marketing, Finance or related to Business Development
• Experience in similar roles in the Pharmaceutical Environment/Consultancy Services will be a plus
• Spanish native, English fluent (at least B2)
• Availability to travel
• Business Development mentality: Highly motivated, open-minded, organized mindset, enthusiastic, result-oriented and team player, able to work under pressure and stay resilient.
